“customer service called to inform there may be delay in time of delivery (by 8pm) to check if I'm ok before proceeding with order. flowers arrived fresh and nicely wrapped up. The add on (ice cream) is a great idea!”

“Online purchase was easy. I like it that you immediately link up with customer via WhatsApp. It makes communication and updates much quicker. Delivery was on time. Customer Service was quick to respond via WhatsApp and provide advice even after delivery was completed. When customer service officer called me to verify the delivery address the phone line (not sure if it is via WhatsApp) was terrible though. Whenever she started to speak, interference will kick in and I could not hear her. It happened many times. Even when I called her back, it was the same. Perhaps calls should be made via normal mobile line rather than over wifi data line if you know what I mean.”

“Thank you Ms Shan for the arrangement and you, Mr Sam Chia for taking our feedback seriously. though a little hiccup, Messages not accordingly, it all went well and the delivery staff is nice. Yeap. the flower arrangement is beautiful too. Taste of cake does not match this high price though.”

“Good range of flowers. Delivery is reliable. Was appreciative of the chat support when I had some problems with my order. Chat support resolved my issue well. Website design and ease of ordering could be better.”

“A wide range of flowers for selection. Best feature is the availability to deliver the next day or even the day itself. Not so good is the delivery. The delivery person triggered the delivered note, I didn't even receive anything. Called the customer service and cso replied that the delivery person had accidentally triggered the delivered notice and will make a 'redelivery'. The delivery person doesn't know how to go to the delivery address. Delivery man called the recipient to ask for direction. Removing the element of surprise.”

“The delivery was timely, and bouquet was actually nicer & bigger than expected. A shout out to customer service Mariane as she patiently helped took over the ordering process when I could not find the field to use the promo code given during this circuit breaker period.”

“The bouquet of flowers was beautifully done up but the flowers do not seem to be fresh though. Maybe due to Covid-19. Nevertheless, GREAT JOB in delivering of the bouquet of flower.”
