Hi Sam! Everything went well with the communication prior to delivering the flowers to my friend. I was even impressed when i was updated frequently until the flowers was delivered. However, my friend did not receive the card with my message. Therefore she was not sure the sender of the flowers. I hope you are able to check with your team what went wrong :( Thank you! Appreciate the efficient responds. However, my recipient got back to me 1 day later after seeing the flowers and the flowers seem to wither a bit based on the photo he sent. Wonder if there is anyway to ensure the flowers looks fresh as how he received it. Generally appreciate the efficient and promise. thank you

the flowers were delivered at 5:55 pm on time as estimated during 1pm-6pm. It will be great if the courier service can be adjust better and deliver the flower a bit early instead of 5 mins before the promise time.

The service provided is excellent, however I want to highlight that the tulips does not look fresh. Hope it will be better next time.

It was a relief coming across your website and being able to place an order after office hours. I was initially concerned bec I only received an automated confirmation email. In most cases such late night orders tend to be last minute orders for bereavements etc. Suggestions 1. It would be good to have a field for me to indicate time/ date of the wake/ cortège leaving for crematorium (of course with a disclaimer that the co will endeavor but not guarantee). I know there was a free form remarks field - which is one of the reasons why i proceeded to place the order. I was hoping for at least a sms the next morning acknowledging order and my request I think it just adds a personal touch I could have called but was just too busy (some religions practice cremating within same day ). But I do remember being anxious the entire time wondering if the flowers would arrive on time until I received the ‘delivery sent’ sms 2. Understood there can’t be some one manning the order system 24/7. But similar to the auto email, wld be nice if there was an auto sms sent out for order confirmation - especially in cases of bereavements, we would hardly hv time to be checking our emails but we would be checking our mobile 🙂 3. I did receive sms notification when the order was delivered. Would be good if the delivery guy could maybe have taken a photo of the flower arrangement together with the signed receipt (near the name card). Yes additional work but again a nice personal touch :) Now that the wake is over and everyone is uploading photos, it would have been a win win for all - confirmation for customer, memory for family of deceased and free publicity for flower company 😀 In the end I never got to even see the flowers bec I was so busy helping out and now that it’s over it’s too sensitive to ask who signed for it By the way , in addition to the website link, it would be good if the company’s CS tel no is included in the SMS I know the number is listed in the website but by including in sms we are able to connect by tapping it plus it makes it easier to share contact info with others
