Very fast and efficient and thank you for procesing the last min order. Followed instructions to call or notify before and after delivery of flowers. Thank you for r prompt service. Only issue was the price. its a little too much. especially with all the additional charges like delivery and GsT and etc. The total price ws way too much. Hope you can make some adjusments in future. Thank you.

The process is smooth and flowers were lovely. Unfortunately the ice cream arrived completely melted. This was a let down.

The phone you use to call us has a problem , cause i think your side either could not hear us properly or there is a delay for you to receive the message . I had to shout and repeat every single word which was frustrating , but other than that wonderful experience that really made my girlfriend happy :)

The service is good and the staff gave me a call before delivery and also when they delivered the flowers. However, the flowers look a little different from the picture (probably ran out of stock), so that was a little disappointing.

Hi Sam, My experience was good. Flowers delivered promptly, Just to feedback that although there was a mention of $5 discount when we use promo code STAYHOME, I couldnโ€™t see this option when I checked out. Hence I did not get this $5 discount as advertised in your webpage.

Despite the wrongly calculated total and some items not available and replaced for the hamper. I must say I am impressed with how closely your staffs follow up with us. Overall experience is great!

Glad that order is able to be delivered within the day when order was made. Suggest that the follow up email should also include the invoice along with the delivery order.
