“Ordering and delivery was smoothly handled. However the bouquet arrived with the bottom part dripping wet though, might not have been wrapped firmly enough. We didn't open the bouquet to check though.”

“only glitch was that you called me twice to confirm the address. Once was needed. the second time made me think that there was something amiss with your SOP, and got me anxious whether my flowers would be delivered. They arrived on time and were beautiful!”
