The service is very good, and all my request can be met. But the rose looks small and not that fresh. It would be better if the flower stands could have fragance.

We understand your concerns about the roses appearing small and not as fresh as expected. The arrangement you ordered was a deluxe size, which might have contributed to the appearance. Additionally, roses generally do not have a strong scent, which is common for many varieties. We appreciate your suggestion about adding fragrance to our flower arrangements. I ordered a Star Performer CS1710 flowerstand. Instead of the original golden yellow stand it arrived in a plain red stand. The flowers were as what was in the catalogue but minus alot of leaves and ferns and is totally different from what was promised as in your catalogue profile.
