“On 5 August, I needed to order a wreath urgently for same day delivery and was very glad for the excellent service provided by Lai. She was most understanding and accomodating throughout my communication with her. Her replies were very prompt. She helped to make sure that the wreath reached the wake as soon as possible after accepting my order.. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience and we will recommend XpressFlower.com to our family and friends.”

“The flowers arrangements were very refreshing and beautiful. The delivery to many address were also prompt and done within a narrow window. Most important, ordering multiple flowers arrangements and sending them to different addresses and making payments on Whatsapp was a breeze! 👍👍👍”

“This order is made at the Westgate branch. The flower is not fresh and withered. I went to the shop and asked to assemble a Lily bouquet, but pointed out specifically not to include that withered flower in the bouquet. I understand that my order is placed last minute for next day delivery. But using withered flowers is not acceptable.”
