Truly grateful to the excellent customer service that Xpressflower has. I had made an order on 10 May at 12.10am as I almost missed my mum's birthday. The earliest deilvery time is from 1 - 5pm to my mum's office, however, my mum will be having her afternoon off. Had called up the customer service and request if earlier delivery is possible. To my surprise, the lilies were delivered at around 11.20am. Appreciate XpressFlower to help me exepdite the deliveries. Thanks.

I appreciate that the flower was delivered and I received a note that the delivery is done and it is delivered by Sam. However, there is no feedback that it was delivered what time and date!

Hi Mr. Lim, Thank you so much for the feedback. However you must have been confused with the notifications you received. Email from Sam, is for experience/feedback purposes. All updates will be notified to the email you have provided when you place the order. Once your item has been delivered, you will receive a notification with all the details of your order and that includes the the exact date and time of delivery as well. Rest assured, we value any feedback and always take it into consideration to further enhance our service. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we will work towards providing more comprehensive delivery like photo or live update of our couriers location details in the future. We had informed in the morning 12/05/24 That’s please deliver before 3pm 1.36pm was told soon to deliver to your place Till now 3.02pm has yet to receive and has inform the shop that we are leaving the home and no one able to open the lift door as due to security Very terrible service

I have been using xpressflower for a while and was never disappointed. But, For this particular order, I will rate it poorly because the flower was left outside our place. There was no knock on the door, or call made to me. Some of the flowers were compressed to.

Our SOP is to ensure that the flowers were hand-delivered to the recipient personally or at least call them if no one is answering the door, and we apologize for the oversight. We understand how disappointing it must have been to find the flowers left outside without any prior notification. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have. We also apologize for any damage caused to the bouquet due to compression. We have lodge a complaint to the 3rd party courier partner we are using.
