All good from order to delivery. Ease of placing order online with small discount for members, would be great if can give a bigger discount for loyal repeat customers! Received pictures of the packed item from Angelica via email before delivery and got email update after delivery was done. Very pleased with customer service.

We do not know what to expect especially ordering online. Living abroad and unable to attend the funeral for my aunt is very stressful and sad, but we are grateful for your service. The arrangement as what is advertised online. It was fresh and beautiful. The delivery was prompt and customer service is excellent. Thank you to you and your staff. We highly recommend your Xpress Flower company.

Good service. Fast respond, updated the status promptly, show the photo of the card and goods before delivered. The flower is nice, nice decorate and well packed.

Good morning Sam.. the experience was good,however, from yesterday afternoon I have been asking for either invoice or receipt but until now still yet to receive it. I used credit card to pay and need that to submit to finance.. Hope I can receive the invoice or payment receipt by this morning.. Thanks alot..

Everything went smoothly - website, delivery etc. The only thing is, there were yellow and white flowers in the bouquet I selected. The actual bouquet delivered consisted of only white flowers.

Requested to fill up recipient name and messages. So was expecting there will be a message card but nothing. A bit disappointed. Was impress at the speed of service and prompt response from the team as i needed it urgently.
