I have been using xpressflower for a while and was never disappointed. But, For this particular order, I will rate it poorly because the flower was left outside our place. There was no knock on the door, or call made to me. Some of the flowers were compressed to.

We are sincerely sorry to hear about the inconvenience you faced with the delivery of your flowers. This is certainly not the level of service that we strive to provide. Our SOP is to ensure that the flowers were hand-delivered to the recipient personally or at least call them if no one is answering the door, and we apologize for the oversight. We understand how disappointing it must have been to find the flowers left outside without any prior notification. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have. We also apologize for any damage caused to the bouquet due to compression. We have lodge a complaint to the 3rd party courier partner we are using. We genuinely want to make it right and ensure that this does not happen again in the future. One of our CS representative will be contacting you to get further details. Excellent communication right up to delivery and after. Beautiful flowers that are long stem and not cut in the vase with foam like other companies. Packed well and delivered with care. Won’t order flowers anywhere else from now on. My new shop!

This is my second order to send grand opening flowers to my customers. They always forgotten to include shop names despite written down for them. Even with reminders, they will still argue details not provided. When I send them photo to prove details was provided, they totally ignore me.

I had to send a wreath in short time and am glad that they can send on time. They provided progress update and included pictures of the wreath and card. When I needed a slight amendment to the card, it was also amended, followed and confirmed with a phone call and subsequently with email. Item was delivered and I received notification. Thank you.

Customer service is very good. But the flower quality is not fresh as can see from picture and also ordered a 9 stalk rose for long lasting meaning but came 10 stalk, cannot take out now also.

I was a customer calling from Perth Australia and making an important order for a close relative in Singapore. It was an important delivery to me and XpressFlower met all my needs. They were very patient and helpful with my all my enquiries. They also kept me updated with the delivery. A nice touch to their service was that they sent me photo of the flower arrangement before delivery. Well done XpressFlower and thank you.
