“Ordered condolences flower stand for funeral wake. The order process is very efficient and well handled by Lai. The order was processed promptly after payment. I get progressive updates (from dispatch to delivery) on my order with pictures attached. A hassle free order process with excellent after sales experience. Highly recommended for any floral order!”

“Very satisfied and impressed with the customer services. Simple to order and pay online. Proactive, efficient, patient and courteous handling of order. Provides additional services readily. Timely response to request and delivery despite same day order. Flowers are looking fresh and colourful. Many beautifully arranged flower bouquets at decent prices for selection in the catalogue. Could do with more condolence messages for selection to use. Loyalty members discount for orders available. Highly recommended. Will return for future needs.”
