“Despite having some small hiccups on the payment, but the CS agent replied quite promptly after sending my Whatsapp message. However, I managed to re-order again and made my CC payment again. Will definitely order again.”

“Needed the flower stand to be send next morning, ordered at 11+pm. Xpressflower name really living up to its name 😂 confirmed my ordered next morning at 8+ and got it delivered in time! They will even send you how it looks like via email before delivering the item. I think their flow of work is perfect. If I ever need to order flowers again, I know xpressflower will be my top choice! :)”

“Very pro-active and helpful. Has asked for suggestion, requested for a change of color of the stand and add-on ribbon of specific color. All the requests were looked into and came back with what we want. Plus timely update and delivery. Like the quality service!”

“Delivery time though is from 6pm - 10pm. I never really expect the flower to be delivered at 9.50pm right on the dot. There is an email informing me the flower was picked at 6.50pm but delivered at 9.50pm. Understood the flower still delivered before 10.00pm but the experience is not pleasant with the driver delivered me the flower in a rush not informing me how to turn in the LED light and left without telling me where is my birthday card. Leaving me to searching through the birthday card hidden in the flower. Pulling out the I LOVE U led light to turn on.”

“Quality flora and you get what you paid for. Good services as they shared post delivery photos of the item being delivered and the flora arrangement. Which is good as it provides sender with assurance and also a look at their selected gifts look like. I like this service. Never gotten one from other florist before.”
