Horrible says delivered but in house and garden all day nothing arrived. They just can't be bothered to deliver

Been home all day waiting for this delivery because i had a feeling that something was going to go wrong. and yes it did, tracking info says it is delivered, but i have not got it at all. had to wait for ages to chat with them online. They said according to GPS the parcel was delivered to one of the houses on my street, so they asked me to ask that neighbour. i went and there was no one living there!!! and honestly, why would my neighbour take a parcel that's not meant for them??? in the parcel was some of my personal clothing sent from china and i paid 40 quid for this delivery. They said they couldnt contact the driver straight away so i would have to wait for another day for them to contact the depot to interview the driver. horrible experience

Why do you dump a parcel without letting me know where it is? By chance Ive just come across one that was delivered 48 hours ago. If I could give you no stars I would. You have to be the worst parcel delivery company ever.

No communication. Not informed it would be 24 hours late. No text 2 hours before delivery. This is not the first time I've been let down with this bunch of cowboys. I will never again but anything from a company using Yodel for delivery

Ordered a parcel from online store and been waiting for the delivery with Yodel for about three weeks. Driver pretended there is no access to the property, but there is one 24/7. In the end the parcel had been returned to the sender and they will use another delivery company to finally deliver it to me.

Hi 3 times I’ve waited for my parcel whilst watching app and driver never turned up then shows on app they missed delivering parcel to me and left card which they haven’t had to speak to them via web chat worst delivery company going by far

One of the worst deliver companies in the world pay extra for faster delivery and no they tell me 12pm it be with me what a joke I will not use yodel ever again

Unreliable, tracking is a joke it never works and you can never speak to anyone, try the chat and you can wait for hours. In two words disgusting.

really have not a clue what they are up to says delivery sat but tried to deliver friday but no access,ive been in,i will have to check when i buy stuff in the future that yodel is not being used,they are always rubbish

Honestly the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with, I refuse to order anything from companies that use Yodel. Not once have I has a smooth easy delivery with them. They've lost multiple parcels of mine with no explanation or apology and they're driver are lazy. I have been waiting weeks for my current parcel, they keep saying they have tried to deliver it but I haven't been in and that's not true, I've waited and watched my place in queue and when it got to 3rd they then changed it to 'unable to deliver' after I waited all day. I then spoke to the rudest live chat agent who I asked to re-arrange delivery for a Thursday as I would not be in on the Wednesday, she said she did but obviously didn't as they tried on the ONLY day I said I wouldn't be in and not the Thursday as I asked. They then said they've attempted too many times (when it was only once) so I had to go and collect which I cannot do as it's so far from me but no one cared. The communal door to my apartment was also open all of those days so they had no excuse to say they couldn't get in as I also asked for it to be left outside my door if for any reason they apparently couldn't get in. So on the Wednesday they managed to get in to leave a note at my door but couldn't leave the parcel like I asked. Rubbish. Wish more could be done and they sorted themselves and their driver out.

It seems like every time, anyone sends a parcel to me by Yodel, I think the sender is ripping me off and using Yodel to stop me from getting to the truth Its surprising that the Reviews on this website are totally different to those on Trustpilot. I wonder how that can be? I reported this issue to Yodel when it happened last month. They weren't interested People seem to be exploiting Yodel's totally useless Web based Tracking system. When I go to the Tracking page and enter BOTH my tracking number and my Postcode it tells me the parcel has been delivered BUT not signed for. What is the point of asking for a tracking number and postcode and returning a Successful Delivery message when the postcode is allegedly wrong? No wonder Yodel reviews are abysmal. Yodel should fix the problem When I contact the equally useless Web Chat people, they tell me the delivery details are wrong. I know they shouldn't be because they come from Paypal. The Web Chat person ended to call very abruptly and wouldn't help at all. What is the point of the Webchat people? This is the second time this has happened to me, once from Wish and once from Ebay. I paid for both these items via Paypal so there's a coincidence. The last time this happened, Yodel didn't try to help

This is the worst experience I have even gotten. I had two notes on my gate and front door stating that all delivery should be return back to sender especially a parcel coming from yodel. Guess what? The driver left the parcel I Indicated not to be left right outside of my door, next to the notes by my door. 🤦🏽‍♂️.

Was due a smartwatch as part of an Huawei UK promotion. It never arrived. Huawei say Yodel told them delivery was attempted but no one answered (the house is occupied 24/7). Yodel also claim someone collected the watch from their Middleton depot on a specific day and time. If this is true, this person was able to do so without valid ID. Yodel have yet to produce any evidence to support. Huawei are dragging their heels unfortunately and not sharing information. Matter now with Greater Manchester Police.

Disgusting experience today.had another parcel from yodel last week.tirned up fine.two chaps knocked at my door to confirm my name.left box and left.today,go email saying my parcel had been delivered.i have been in all day,seen no van,no knock at door ,nothing!to be told on there online chat to take it up with whoom i bought from.arnt they meant to knock on your door at least?as far as im concerned,im having nothing off yodel delivered ever again.total cowboy company.want closing down.

Yodel don’t seem to know where my item is , on one webchat the customer support even asked if there were any landmarks to help the driver, and then proceeded to ask me to give them directions🤣 They were given the item 9 May , I’m still waiting.

Awful, waited all day, we have a doorbell and knocker. A card was left through the letter box, after deciphering the hydrographics a signature was required! Seems that was the reason no one knocked on the door? You tell me! We asked the builder working opposite if he’d seen the courier, yes he had and he had tried to leave our package with them. Even though we were in all day no one even attempted to deliver to us. So after many tries on the website a delivery was rearranged for the following day and our package turned up. Today I asked the driver if he was the delivery guy yesterday he said no it was Stewart. An old lazy guy who had returned with lots of undelivered packages. I was advised to make a complaint! AND NO SIGNATURE WAS REQUIRED! WFT! This is the third time I’ve experienced rubbish service from Yodel, live fruit trees and an engraved piece that was found under a table at the Yodel hub three months after I’d received a replacement. CCTV does operate in our location.

Ordered 2 x patio furniture sets from Amazon due for delivery 20-22nd May. Tracked it to depot then saying they had been delivered 15th May 13.00 hours. On my CCTV cameras no delivery was made. Contacted Yodel the delivery company who said yes they were delivered. They questioned the Yodel driver who would not answer the questions of what happened to the furniture. Why are Amazon using this company who are renowned for their non delivery of goods. To me this us stealing and fraud. PLEASE EVERYONE DO NOT USE YODEL AS THEY ARE NOTHING BUT THIEVES AND FRAUDSTERS. PLEASE SHARE THIS REVIEW. WOULD NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS RECOMMEND THEM.......
