I don't get how a delivery company can't deliver my parcel to me. It was returned to supplier this morning after the depot couldn't confirm my address, despite giving my correct address to Yodel three times prior to this.

Yodel have now bought out Collect+, and are currently destroying their once-excellent reputation. In 2 weeks, I have sent a parcel to a customer who hasn't received it, (although Yodel say they have delivered it, without any evidence whatsoever), and today another customer received an item that was smashed to hell which was sent in reinforced card, with more reinforcement inside, with a deep and wide puncture mark pushed right through the middle of the parcel. Their claims department can barely understand English, and quite frankly couldn't give a damn. I cannot afford to ruin my reputation by using this company, and have now switched back to Royal Mail. Thinking of using Yodel/ Collect+? THINK AGAIN.

Delivery from Cotswolds was late. Got no notification from Yodel and when I contacted them they said that they would get back to me. This never happened. Also, despite my request to leave my package on my rear porch, it was left at my front door in full view of anyone passing. They never even rang my doorbell to let me know it had been delivered. Very unprofessional and slipshod company. I will be notifying my supplier, Cotswolds, of my terrible experience with Yodel and urging them to ditch this absolutely useless company.

My claim about damage gate from Yodel courier was closed as I didn’t provide cctv footage. Service person on 7 emails ignore my question how driver come to my property if gate was locked. They don’t see issue as I don’t have evidence

I’ve been chasing my parcel for the last 2 days the webchat is a total shambles, they come across helpful, personally I think they are clueless, 3 led day tomorrow and I’ve been told it will arrive for sure, yesterday driver was on he’s way and I get a message saying it’s been cancelled, today all day in depot no one attempted or nothing and I’m still waiting

AVOID! AVOID! Everything. Bad from start to unfinished. Company lies about picking up parcel - messages saying it’s not available or that it’s been collected when it hasn’t. Scheduled pickup times come and go and are meaningless. The call center is basically robots, and if you get through to a human they have no way to contact the driver. Worst courier service I’ve ever wasted my time with. Seriously abominable. Avoid like the plague!

Awful service. Waited in 3 separate days and they claimed to try and deliver. No card for reference, not being honest at all. I ordered form Office shoes. Poor Office, change your delivery company please!!

On at least three occasions I have received an email telling me that Yodel has delivered a package to my address, or that a card was left, or that the package had been handed to me. One every occasion it was untrue, and I had to contact Yodel to try to track the package. This always takes a long time because their chat operators are always very busy (handling complaints I assume). On each occasion I was told that SatNav confirmed that the driver had been in the area, and I was then asked to ask my neighbours whether they had received the package - which was obviously missing the point since I had already made clear that the driver claimed to have delivered it to me. On each occasion the enquiry was eventually passed back to the depot for a "driver interview", resulting eventually in the missing package eventually appearing quietly, unannounced, and with neither explanation nor apology, on my doorstep. This is an atrociously useless delivery service.

Ordered from Gousto for the first time, we live on a farm! I was in all day and tracking driver then status was updated to 'unable to access your property', checked my security cameras, they hadn't even attempted delivery! Customer service sad they would send the driver back - never happened!! Good job I was not relying on the food box!! The box got returned to Gousto by Yodel which they will probably get paid for! Not the first time Yodel haven't bothered to even try at this address and looking at the feedback on here it looks like it is a habit!! Shocking company.

YODEl had my parcel for over a week… YODEl had my parcel for over a week stating they couldn't find address (Only 4 houses on road) tried contacting yodel (No way of contacting yodel, phone gives automated response) This really is a useless company, avoid at all costs! (Yodel, Ireland) I did online chat with Yodel agent (Pointless) wants me to contact sender? why? when Yodel have my parcel not the sender. Then they tried to fob me off with the "address label was damaged" excuse. My parcel was sent from Samsung, what a company like samsung are doing engaging with this outfit is beyond me or shows how little samsung think of their loyal customers once they got their money.

Never ever trust this company keep telling me they will call back in 24 hours they don’t ting back then tell me they handed the parcel to someone when no one is here and it is a work address they just scam people

No parcel was delivered to me on 19/10/20.took the day off work ,I was home all day,no calling card left either.Why do Virgin media using Yodel?I'll let them know that Yodel is a trash.Disgrace,Poo on a stick, Fart knockers.....!!!! O stars!!!

Yodel were supposed to collect a test kit for a government Covid-19 survey and I followed courier’s progress on their tracker until eventually we saw a note saying “Sorry we missed you” and saying a calling card had been left. In fact, nobody called or rang our doorbell, and no calling card was left. The courier was obviously lying. Why is the Government spending taxpayers’ money on such a shoddy and unreliable service? Now we have a completed Covid test kit in our fridge that we don’t know what to do with.

No parcel to my address ,yodul said there driver had delivered .was in all day no parcel .I have rang yodul who said they would get in touch with the driver. heard nothing from them. sick of ringing and getting no ware .

Had an email advising me that I can expect delivery today 19/10/20 When I check the tracking info I see theres a problem.. I contacted them only to be told that the parcel hadnt arrived with them yet! They advised me to contact the seller.. Ebay were as helpful as possible and said the parcel was at a collection point waiting for Yodel to collect it and that its unlikely to be delivered today at all.. So a wasted day when I could of been more productive elsewhere! Cant put in an undelivered/refund case until tomorrow and doesnt change the fact that I NEEDED it today.. Not later in the week if and when they do deliver it.. Never again will I order from a seller that uses Yodel.. Poor service and BS when you contact them.

Time of delivery given for that day, then received an email saying yodel couldn't deliver today. Someone then put on facebook my name and address saying they had my order... A few miles away. That person kindly delivered my parcel. Her order had gone missing completely. Would give no stars if I could.

We had a Yodel delivery on Wednesday which was left on the door step in full view - despite the fact that three steps to the left is a bench which would have offered a secluded space. I sent a review to Yodel (as I have done many times before) and I also sent a note to the company whose parcel had been left. They took it up with Yodel and what happened next beggared belief. We expected a parcel on Friday (Yodel again), my husband stayed in the house to make sure he could take the delivery. The driver had obviously been told about the Wednesday delivery and he told my husband that - if are unhappy with Yodel deliveries we should stop ordering from companies which use Yodel. I spoke to both companies to tell them my Yodel experience and to ask them whether I could - against payment of an additional fee - ask for another delivery company when next placing an order. Both companies told me that they would talk to Yodel. I have also posted my complaint on Trustpilot and I received a note from Yodel asking for details of the deliveries and a note to say they wanted to help me. I am not sure how they can help me - some of their drivers should be told that the customers who are treated with such contempt pay their wages. Without pesky customers ordering stuff they would be out of a job. I don't know why companies still use them, they are the pits.
