Got two emails on 10th at the same time 20:21 saying delivery will arrive today, and next email on 10th 20:21 saying I missed my parcel and left calling card, no card was left, after checking in app it shows my parcel was at 11am on 10th after had to change date to 13 of October. After contacting customer service on 13th they told my parcel label damaged and cannot scan and should arrive soon, on 14 Oct told it will be soon, today 15 Oct told it will be between 10am and 1pm, now 15:50 and still waiting. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Got 2 email updates in a row on 5th and 6th of the month saying I wasn't in and a calling card was left. I ordered my item to my workplace and someone is there from 6am to 10pm 7 days a week and no attempt was made. Then they lost my parcel. Delivery was apparently attempted on the 12th after they magically made my parcel reappear, but again, no delivery. Then on the 13th they tell me that they can't find the address, despite having apparently been there 3 times already? Then I get told to pick my parcel up from a depot 15 miles away, despite my area being in lockdown and it being unlawful for me to do so. Eventually was told that a redelivery would be attempted on 15th. I'm not holding my breath.

To reinforce others' points on here, if I order anything on line and they say that Yodel will be delivering it, I cancel the order, unless they can offer an alternative way to deliver. I once had a parcel non-delivered on 12 consecutive days, and eventually found 4 identical parcels despatched by the seller about half a mile away in a cafe........

I've used Yodel several times for large packages to be delivered to my flat. Every time they refuse to bring the package up, which is fine because of the weight. But they neglect, every single time, to tell me the package has been delivered. I've been at home, every single time, to receive the package waiting for a knock at the door or a ring of the bell. Instead I have to find out through an email and the package is then blocking people in the common areas for several hours.

Very poor service from customer staff. Driver damage my gate worth over 2k. It’s took over week to report this to damage team. They made everything to avoid responsibility. They asked me to prove how driver come into my property. He admit he didn’t make any damage. So to come on my priority he need jump over 2 meter fence/gate.

1. Yodels automated customer services phone system will hang up on you should you not give the details it likes 2. Yodel gave my parcel to the wrong collection shop, despite the address being correct on the box meaning i had to travel long distance to retreive it at cost to myself. 3. Their online chat is robots, don't expect any help. 4. I asked the robots prior to collection why my parcel was at the wrong shop and was told it was actually at the right shop despite the notices i received on my phone about it being delivered to a different location. They were certain it was at the shop. It wasn't at the notification was correct. I have complained to customer services who have not recognised my email yet. I do my best to buy places that do not use yodel, they are physically that THAT bad.

Got a notification 10:47 fri 09/10/20, 'your parcel has been delivered' ( we'd been counting this day down for three weeks) bit Strange, as it needs a signature and nobody is home. Wife gets home for 15:15 ish and no card left and no parcel left on the back garden or with any of rhe neighbours. Rang yodel and it was the standard investigation fob off for 48 hrs. This was a new PS4 with FIFA 21 for a long weekend of indulgence smashing some hours with my two lads. As you can imagine, two disappointed kids and fuming parent. After my wife's own investigations we found our neighbours CCTV recorded the driver parked outside our house, rummaged in the back of the van. Sat back in the drivers seat and drove off not once settling foot on our property. I reported this. Saturday morning i called again to see where we stood and regardless to say just more platitudes, id had enough so bought the exact same thing from smyths toys to rescue the weekend. I received an email this morning 12/10 that my parcel will be delivered this morning. So i rang them again explaining whats happened and had it cancelled. 10:24 got this message.. We have tried to deliver your order from Littlewoods. We will try again tomorrow (Mon-Sat) What a horror show.

My parcel was delivered to a neighbour despite me be in and not leaving a delivery note to say it was ok to leave it with a neighbour. After not receiving my parcel I contacted yodel to find out they had delivered it 2 weeks before.this particular labour happens to be a drug user and alcoholic and has stolen £200 worth of items. The police have said there is nothing they can do as I have no proof that she handed it to me. I have spoken to the company which is based in America and they have refused to send out a replacement older and are blaming yodel for not giving it to me. I've been told my yodel there is nothing they can do so I have lost £200 because of them

Bridgwater - Like all the rest if you I completely agree - they are liars! They said they could not deliver but they didn’t even try! The first I knew was an update on the website - no card!!!! Asda will suffer as they will also get bad review.

Terrible service. Driver obviously failed to read the delivery instructions. First day did not leave in specified safe place. Second day I had changed my preference to leave with a specified neighbour and also specified who NOT to leave it with (because I knew they would not be there). So obviously they tried to leave it with the one I didn't want them to leave it with and was left another card! Rang Yodel and complained but they have no direct contact with the driver so that is a waste of time. No consideration for people who live alone and have no one to accept the person if, like me, you work full time.

I, like many others on here, have just experienced bad service from this company. Tracking my parcel all day, until I was next in queue. Then received a message saying 'Sorry we missed you. A calling card has been left.' There was no knock, and no card. So now I don't know where my parcel will end up. Or if another random house has been knocked on. Automated service does not allow you put this view across, just rearrange a delivery. And webchat has no now available since. This is not a good feeling to have, not knowing if another house is thought to be yours, or you are just being lied to. And when your parcel will arrive. The fact so many have experienced this suggests something untoward is happening.

Not good. Yodel were supposed to be the couriers for some kit I ordered from Virgin Media. A couple of weeks after ordering, I contacted Virgin to enquire about the package’s non-arrival. They told me Yodel had “delivered” it five days prior. This was news to me. I had had no package, no notification from Yodel either prior or at the time (as is their normal practice), and no card thru the door. I checked with my neighbours and searched all my bins/recycling. Nothing. Over the last weeks, have been in daily contact with Yodel - who seem to need about 10 days to “conduct an investigation”. Every day they told me the same story: the driver had delivered it to “someone” at my address, but - despite repeated questions from me - were unable to describe this person (even their sex), or a time of delivery. They presume they will wear you down if they say the same thing over & over again. Finally, they said they were “closing the case” and instructed me to contact the originating retailer. My request that they - in the interests of good customer service - get Virgin to resend was met with incredulity. Avoid this company. They are unreliable and slippery.
