Utterly useless! Their customer service is a complete joke and they couldn't give a toss about the fact that they don't know where your delivery is. I ordered a package from a pet food site and it has completely vanished. There is no up-to-date information on their tracking site, or anywhere else about where it is or when it will be delivered and the only way of contacting them is through a webchat system which resolves absolutely nothing. I have just passed the relevant information about this bunch of fraudsters to a researcher on the BBC's Watchdog team and await the results. They are well aware of the many dissatisfied Yodel customers and intend to do an investigation into their many deficiencies. I suggest that others do the same. The more the merrier...

Awful. Expensive parcel been delivered to different address on the door step . Not even to someone. Now I can't find my parcel.

Every time I am forced to deal with Yodel,it is a nightmare of "missed" deliveries that were never attempted,promises for resolutions or explanations that never come, and cringe-inducing messages from their "social media escalations team" begging me to get in touch to let them fix what inevitably went wrong this time. What has gone wrong this time, is what goes wrong every time: somebody made the mistake of using Yodel. I always respond to the Yodel Social Media team when I get one of Yodel's copy-and-paste comments on my one-star reviews. To date, Yodel have never responded to anything I sent to that team.

Had message saying can't locate your property, it's a BIG block of flats, What it really means is either driver is an idiot who shouldn't have a job or they couldn't be bother to ring the buzzer, After reading Yodel reviews I wonder how you are still in business,

AVOID!!! this company at all costs. Driver abandonned large parcel blocking doorway at sheltered accomodation.Totally thoughtless, lazy and inconsiderate to elderly vunerable and disabled residents. Will not be using this company again!

They said your order Is on the way than after 2hours I checked they said first attempt has been made and card has been left. Second parcel was on its way then suddenly it also had a new date atomatically reschedule for next day. I contacted ArgoS on first they said you have to contact yodule than they said as soon as I said I am recording we will write to them. No complaint email for nor Argos nor yodule. Yodule don’t even recieve your call it’s all automated.. he gave me two parcel numbers than. When I put the second parcel number it said that is also know reshudle for tomorrow. Again called Argos he said all I can do is refund your dilvery money. And we can’t launch complaint or give you a complaint reference number.

The driver keeps saying he has left a card. This is absolutely rubbish as we are always in. No card has ever been left. Our parcel keeps being returned to the supplier. They have a contact phone number

Yodel is absolute joke. I was at home all day they said they can’t get access to property. Guess what noone was trying they get paid for every drop if they behind thay cannot be arrsed

Sat in all day for delivery to receive an email saying they couldn’t gain access to the address. I was at home. My buzzer is working. So basically they didn’t even try.

I recieved a message saying the driver was unable to locate my property so I called their number advertised on Amazon. That number did not work and advised me to call a different number. I called the different number and that advised me to go to their website and I engaged in a webchat. Wasim came online, he was polite but after telling me the driver had issues with his satnav asked me for directions to the property. As I was typing this he ended the chat! I started another chat with another member of staff, after telling both of them I will be at work for the next 7 days, they told me they would have to redeliver tomorrow! I told them they haven't tried to deliver at all! A total sham of a company

This is the second day I been in all day and your driver has failed to deliver my parcel and then lie by saying they left a card at my address I tracked on my tablet he never even enter my road, your company is totally useless.

ORDERED A ITEM FROM EBAY. ON TUESDAY 22 SEPT 2020 I GOT A TXT AND EMAIL SAYING MY ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED I HAD NOT GOT ITEM AS I WAS OUT.GOT BACK TO HOME NO CARD WAS POSTED LOOKED AROUND HOUSE FRONT AND BACK NO PARCEL ASKED NEIGHBOURS STILL NO SIGN OF PARCEL TRIED PHONING YODEL COULD NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE WENT ONLINE TO YODEL ON THERE WEB CHAT AND WAS TOLD ITEM WAS DELIVERED AT BACK OF HOUSE UNDER TABLE AND CHAIRS SO HAD ANOTHER LOOK TO SEE AND NO PARCEL I HAVE A OUTSIDE TOILET AND STORE UNIT WHY DID THEY NOT LEAVE IT THERE A LOT SAFER THAN LEAVING IT OUTSIDE WHERE PEOPLE CAN SEE .SELLER PUT COPY OF DETAILS OF ITEM BEING DELIVERED ON EBAY AND YODEL HAVE PUT ITEM DELIVERED TO LEAMINGTON SPA HOUSE I HAVE NOT HEARD OF ABOVE HAVE SPOKE TO EBAY AND THEY TOLD ME TO NOT WORRY AS YODEL HAVE LEFT ITEM IN A UNSAFE PLACE.4 DAYS LATER EBAY HAVE CLOSED THE CASE AND SAID I WILL NOT GET A REFUND BECAUSE YODEL HAVE DELIVERED THE PARCEL.I AM FUMING SO IM LEFT £24 OUT OF POCKET BECAUSE YODEL DELIVERED PARCEL TO WRONG PLACE AND EBAT IS NO BETTER IN MY MIND PLEASE DO NOT USE YODEL IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE

- Signed delivery, email saying delivered (we were on holiday) - Get home, no card, no information on email saying who delivered to and who signed for - Ask neighbours, nothing (very genuine) - Yodel advised signed for and delivered to a man called X, X is my partner, we were on holiday together, clearly a lie - Yodel can't tell us (without lying) where the package was left, expect it was left at door and the delivery person signed for it under my partner's name - Yodel continue to advise us must have been left with neighbour, why no card or any information at all about which neighbourt then? - Advise they can't help and need to speak to sender - Absolute joke, you have one job. Deliver parcels; can they manage it? No

There should be a zero on that counter,they said delivered at 20.26pm. It wasn't as I was in the doorway waiting. No one came to the house. AVOID this company like the plague.Still no parcel.

Yodel said it delivered my parcel and they didn't. I followed the map all day and they never came. I web chatted to customer service and they don't even have the phone contacts of the drivers. So they can't ask where they are. My situation is on going. IV gotta phone the retailer tomorrow. I'm gob smacked on how behind they are compared to other couriers.

Totally inept, claim they couldn't access my property, again, and yet the gates are wide open, so I really don't know why? They are then impossible to contact, either by phone or web chat - I give up and guess the answer is just not to do business with suppliers that use Yodel unfortunately.
