Wake up Yodel, see how you are causing, frustration and anxiety with not just the customer but companys using your services. The 19th of September 2020, my 80 mum wait for moonpig flowers and birthday card pre ordered 10 days before hand, my got a text at midday saying miss you wasn't in, with no card posted for a reference, so had to reorder again though moonpig, for the 21st September 2020.my mum waited In until 9.30pm Yodel again did not turn up, they never even give here a time it may arrive, its been very frustrating, I am now getting a refund, from moonpig, What a waste of time and money for all of use, stay away from Yodel, you have been warned

We ordered two bikes for our kids' birthdays and only one was delivered. The one bike was left with our neighbour and the driver left a fake name for our neighbour who hadn't even given them their name and no delivery card. We would allege that the bike was stolen. Trying to report the incident was not easy at all and very frustrating leaving us feeling very angry. The bike that was stolen was no longer available at Robert Dyas so extra disappointing. Try and avoid using Yodel if you can.

for 3 days in a row I'm home expecting a parcel from Yodel and it never arrives. You check the track parcel and it says it's 2 stops away and 1 minute after it changes to "sorry we've missed you". Contacted them by phone, the lady says my parcel number is not associated to me or my adress and to call the sender. They areanged new delivery date. Again the same thing. I was at the window and nobody came!! Contacted the webchat and behold... they wanted me to go and collect my parcel. I said no, the gentleman in the other said arraged new delivery and finished the chat without any other word. Horrible service!

I’ve not even used Yodel (i never would) but they keep delivering items to my address that’s not even addressed to me, the correct address is further up the street. I’ve also bought items from ebay that have taken over a week to arrive because some halfwit thought it would be a good idea to use them to save 25p on postage. How are yodel still operating ?

Tracking said my parcel had been delivered - but certainly not to my address.Yodel web chat finishes conversation when you ask a question. They promised to get back to me within 24 hours but that didn’t happen either. If you can avoid using Yodel, do so. They are not reliable.

Total waste of time, a diabolical company. Had a delivery time of between 17:00 and 19:00 which at 18:45 got changed to 22:00. Waited and waited and then low and behold, they suspended the delivery stating parcel returning to sender. At 22:30 unable to contact anybody regarding this so waited until the next morning where I spoke to a man named Palesh who kindly told me they were unable to deliver my parcel as couldn’t find my address, when they suspended the delivery the driver was at least 5 miles away from my home. Nobody ever has had any difficulty in finding my address before. What utter rubbish. When Palesh couldn’t answer my question he ended the webchat conversation. Spoke to someone else who just apologised and told me to contact the sender. This was a fresh food delivery ( gousto). I’ve have already contacted gousto to cancel my subscription as I will not or ever will order from a company who uses these cowboys. Shame on you. Yodel, You should never be allowed to trade. Hope you had a few nice meals delivery driver. 😡 if I could give zero stars I would.

Drivers give up too easily if they can’t find an address. I have all my parcels delivered to my shop premises so I’m always in because I’m always at work. But they only ever look at the houses and not the shop premises. They come back and forth but never find me. Then they send the products back to the supplier. My shop isn’t even tucked Away. They Have no common sense to ask anyone.

I have never ever dealt with such an appalling company in my life. Little wonder Yodel were voted Worst delivery company for past two years. You cannot speak to anyone, Webchat is absolutely rubbish when you are writing to someone in Bombay!! My parcel was promised for 19 9 20, only to read it has been returned to depot in Southampton which is a 40 mile trip from my home. I will put Yodel on social media saying this company is not fit for purpose and is absolutely useless . Yodel doesn’t even deserve 1 star, hence they only have 1.5?stars

If I could give 0 stars I would. Pretty sure they have staff stealing items and fraudulently signing for them. I have had a parcel apparently delivered through my letterbox - an item that wouldn't fit. When this was disputed they left a card - no card and in all day. The next excuse was delivered to a wrong address and another delivery attempt to be made. Needless to say waited in all day again and still no parcel. Absolutely disgusting they can't even stick to the same excuse.

The absolute worst courier company that there is out there. Parcels constantly go missing, they return items to you not the original sender when you return an item and impossible to speak to.

why did yodel leave a parcel in my plant pot at my front door a note was put in my front door stating this but i was away from home for 5 days and was not there when i got back the seller refuses a refund as yodel say it was delivered this is not the first time this has happened either another left in wheelie bin on bin day ?????

Terrible company this is what they said when I asked why they had not deliverd my parcel Jowin20:59:17 Going by the scans I can see that the delivery was scheduled for 16th Sept 2020, however, the driver got delayed on his route. Due to which the parcel was not delivered to you. Jowin21:00:00 Since the parcel was not delivered and it had been in the depot for over 7 working days from the date it was received, it was scanned to be sent back to the seller. So now I'm told nothing to do with them go back to sender

I have had two lots of items delivered a week after i had refused the first one and left on my doorstep while out. A week later i am still waiting for it to show on the tracking service which says "both items delivered to address"?

My flowers from moonpig sent to my sister never arrived I tracked the driver on the web and he delivered to the next street but didn’t go to my sister close I then received a message parcel delivered. Wrong address again I contacted customer services to say the driver was still in the area to ask him to return and deliver to the correct address I was told the complaint would have to go to the warehouse where the driver was from and they would contact me, it never happened, I’m still waiting on a call back about both deliveries I will never use this company again!!!!

Your delivery driver keep refused to made the delivery to me he have refused delivery to me over 20 times now I have reported this to yodel delivery service her driver will refused to delivery so all delivery he have refused to delivery have been return back to sender because your driver keep refused to take out of Alfretion yodel delivery service department to delivery so from now every time your delivery driver keep refused to made the delivery to me the seller who employ you to do the delivery will getting bad feedback on your driver keep refused to made the delivery and don't this way the sender will not been happy with yodel delivery service and will not use or employ yodel delivery service anymore I already been inform the sender who employ you if they use yodel delivery service they will get bad feedback now from me because your driver can't do their by delivery you are employ to delivery service

Item was delivered to the wrong address, CCTV shows delivery was not attempted on the time and date specified. Item reordered free of charge and only 2 of the 3 items turned up. 3rd item finally arrived after full refund requested. You could not have done a worse job here if you had tried...! Yodel can go to hell

I'd give 0 star rating if I could this company is the worst I was supposed to have received a parcel from them on the 10th of September and still to this date have not received it I talked to them over there webchat service and they rudely ended the conversation without even sorting out my parcel issue avoid this company

An absolute joke.I have been waiting for my parcel since the 4th Sept.It was only when i contacted the sender of the item to obtain the tracking ref that the driver has supposedly attempted to deliver twice but my building is not accessible.This is lies.Having wasted my time on the live chat i rang complaints only to be fobbed off by being told your issue has been escalted you will recieve your parcel.I have emailed complaints with directions,a photo of my property and phone number for the driver.Still no parcel.each day i ring up and im lied to.Im promised delivery for the next day only for yodel not to turn up!Subsequect emails are being ignored.All i have had is a patronising sorry...nothing is actually being done.All they did do was offer me to go to the depot in Alfreton to collect which i refused as Yodel are at Fault.The depot and the driver seriously need addressing.The driver is incompetant and cant be bothered the depot dont care.what an absolute joke!

Absolutely unreliable Delivery Service. Van Drivers are irresponsible & Untrustworthy. Pilferages are frequent. Parcels get mislaid/stolen, and most of the time untraceable. I had to bear the loss in past for lost Parcel in transit. The tracking Message falsely Shows "DELIVERED". Any further Claim is hardly acceptable. An undue advantage to Sender / Seller.
