CAN'T BE TRUSTED. I am still waiting for my delivery. Rescheduled 3 times now, been at home all day on all 3 occasions, told driver left calling card and could not deliver. Just LIES, no calling card or delivery, possibly the worst delivery company I have ever come across. Verified my addresses and phone no when rescheduled automated service. DO NOT US or BUY through any trader who uses this company for delivery.

Yodel insisted my parcel had been delivered when it had not. They left it at a different address and we only found out when the kind person who lived there drove here to deliver it.

Several times drivers haven't attempted delivery, today got me mad, as we watched the road all day and followed the tracker, no driver came and no card left. What a joke of an excuse they call a company . Shameful. 😠

I ordered a item from Ebay and item was tracked, The Yodel Deliver person, He never delivered item to me even though it was tracked . They just left it somewhere without knocking on my door, Have message Yodel and the Seller all i get is from Seller it was Tracked. DONT USE YODEL

Absolutely shocking service, waiting two days for a parcel. Its saying it has been delivered, but not to me. Poor customer service, would stay well clear

2 hours on from a delivery slot given to me by the company I ordered from. It did not state it was estimated. As a care worker I am required to work and I am a lone parent with a child that health conditions that place her at greater risk from the virus so I am unable to take her out to shop. Ordering food for delivery is the only way I can get it done. I appreciate the current situation may mean that services are delayed but 2 hours late with out so much as a text or email to explain the delay is not good enough. I had to make contact myself and although I received a "please accept our apologies" I was told the delivery will get to me when it gets to me. Not good enough

This is the worse parcel force ever. They said said they had delivered it but it wasnt. This is theft. If someone stole from you personally you would be contacting the police. DONT USE KEEP AWAY. I wouldn't have given them a star but I had to to that.

The worst customer service platform of all delivery companies. There was an error in a postcode and there is absolutely no way to contact a human. Every option on their automated system cuts you off as they have no option to speak to anyone. Online web chat says no one available. I will never use them again.

As with numerous other respondents I too find that the tracking for my parcel shows item was delivered when in fact it has not. I have been fortunate in being able to correspond with the web chat to learn that the tracking has been updated incorrectly and to wait for a new update. This I will do with "bated breath". Had I known the company I purchased from uses Yodel as it's courier service I would never have completed my purchase. My rating of 1 is only due to the fact that there is nothing lower

Awful delivery service. I had the same experience as mentioned on another review. Twice told on different days 'could not gain access to the property' even though we were at home both days. No sign of anyone trying to deliver. Also unable to speak to anyone on the phone, can only webchat. Just given up on it now ...

Parcel has been in depot 12 days with no sign of ever being delivered. Can't get on live chat or speak to anyone. Wondering if they have gone out of buisness , if not it wont be long

I’ve waited for the delivery for around 17 days and contacted Yodel as there was no updates on tracking website. Person was unhelpful, when checked next 2 days, it said that item was returned to sender. After contacting sender I was told that they’ve been told that yodel tried to deliver but no one was at home, which is not true. No card or anything was left in the door. I had several bad experiences with yodel and I am disgusted with way they deal with customers- lying, lying people, and time wasting customers time.

My husband was expecting a delivery from Yodel 15.04.2020 which Yodel said was delivered to our home address but wasn't. We were both home all day and no delivery was even attempted and now i can't get hold of anyone to talk to and when i go onto the webchat they tell me that I have the delivery details wrong!! Discusting service.

Terrible delivery service, kept saying they couldnt gain access to the property when they didnt even attempt to deliver. Parcel never showed up. Kept being told on the webchat that the parcel was now delayed due to a busy schedule, untill i eventually got a refund email from the sales company!! Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. Would avoid ordering from companys that use yodel as its not worth the hastle!

My parcel has been at depot 2weeks, but not yet out for delivery. Webchat simply refer to tracking number, which shows situation completely static. Totally unhelpful and inefficient.

Do not waste your time shocking they have said that they dealived my little girls bike £160 🤬 but would not give me a tracking number now there saying they can not do nothing to help shocking they need to be shut down I will be taking this to the police now.
