My situation: I order a parcel which is sent via Yodel on the 15th October. This package is returned to sender due to a mistake on Yodels behalf (incorrectly sent to the wrong service centre). Parcel is resent by sender on 28th October. I contact Customer serivces on the 9th November asking for information I am told it will be delivered within 24 hours and I asked her to check that it would not be returned to sender which she replied 'I can definitely say that it will not'. It is returned to sender the next day. I recontact customer service who supply me with no information other than it was due to a mistake and I should try resending again and when pushed for more information since this exact issue has happened twice the chat is disconnected. 1 star is too high for this level of incompetence.

The driver lies. He says the can’t delivery because no access on the property but my delivery address it inside of mall on customer launch ( open all day until 10pm ) of festival place ( Basingstoke) and he returned in depot again .

We were expecting a parcel and assumed that we would be contacted to give us a rough idea of when the parcel would be delivered. We had no information, but the parcel was delivered. Unfortunately not by the driver, they had left it at an address the other side of town and the man at the house drove to our house and gave it to us. The parcel has all the details correct, address and postcode. How simple can it be to delivery a parcel, especially with SatNav and tracking devices. No excuse, just appalling.

Can not find my address on 2 orders even though DPD and royal mail have never had a problem finding it. This meaning I have to travel over an hour to the local depot to collect my parcel. I was not told my parcel was even attempted to be delivered. Customer service for this company is the biggest joke I have ever come across. Their automated telephone line is the most painful and pointless thing I have ever used. Absolutely no help to get the problem resolved. Seriously surprised this company is still in business looking at the reviews online.

Worst customer service. I have conntacted them 2 times and each time this has caused my item to be delayed. The customer support team do not understand there own process and are unable to assist with any issues you may have all they can do is tell you what is on the tracking page. USELESS WASTE OF TIME. Never had a good experience with Yodel would NEVER RECOMEND. If a supplier states they use Yodel i will not purchase !!!!

Very unhelpful and unreliable, stated they had delivered my parcel, despite fact I was home I have CCTV which covers my driveway and front door no delivery was attempted. Contacted Yodell 5 times each time failed to get back to me, when I spoke to them driver had given three different accounts were parcel was left. They were not interested at all, shocking customer service, I never normally do reviews but felt so strongly about my experience with Yodell. Poor customer service no wonder there one of the worst delivery company's 😡

Totally unreliable and not trust worthy, stated they had delivered a parcel, despite fact I was home, my driveway and front door covered with 24hr recordable CCTV , No delivery was attempted. I contacted Yodell 5 times each time stated get back to me which they didnt and each time I spoke to them they gave me different accounts of where driver had left parcel, didnt want to know. No wonder they are listed as one of the worst delivery company's, would never use them, not first time Ive had problems with this company.

Not only did they lose my parcel AT THEIR DEPOT but they failed to carry out a search for it, and left me witing three datys for any reply. when I contacted them again they simply refused to supply any information and said they would 'search' for it. I would not recommend this company to deliver anything safely and I have stopped doing business with any supplier who uses them.

Text to say parcel delivered. Was home when text received. No parcel had been handed to me. Checked ring doorbell video and also CCTV.....nothing! Contacted them and was told driver had received a signature when delivering it! After numerous phonecalls/online chats and having to send footage of NO delivery attempted, was told we would get a refund. Still dont know where this item is. We have a very upset child. Someone has this item, whether it be the wrong address the driver delivered it to or whether it be the driver themselves! Either way someone has our item and has it for free and we have to go to the trouble of proving WE havent received it. NIGHTMARE! Why do these companies use this delivery company....shocking service, avoid at all costs!

Leaving items out in the rain and stating that they handed the delivery to me. Telling ASDA that they,ll left a card when they haven't. Maybe though I'm just unlucky with my assigned driver!

Wow all the reviews on trust pilot must be fake as this website describes them very well. Completely useless company with 0 customer service. Very important delivery for work was 3 days late so I've had loss of earnings which I will be seeking compensation for. If I had known Amazon would use this company I would have cancelled so I will be checking in future. Utter disgrace of a company and this is unfortunately the 2nd time I've had the misfortune of them "delivering" items to me. No good words to say about them. Avoid this company at all costs, with any luck they will lose business and will have to close shop.

3 times this year the company have lied about my parcels and delivery. They never respond to emails or complaints so don’t waste your time bothering.

Sorry we missed you... Again, and Again and Again.... This is probably the worst delivery company in the UK... I've been waiting for the last 2 days at home with my phone in hand and they "keep missing to deliver" I even left a note posted at the entrance with my phone number and no one even called me. No "cards" were delivery with any information at all, Probably the driver is just lazy and that's it. I was even tracking my parcel on the website and it was like 84 stops away.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Use Hermes, DPD or even Royal Mail instead! I never had any issues with those companies. I hope I will never have to use "Yodel" services again! just a waste of time! and BTW if you try to call them you'll get answers from a robot, no real customer service agents to talk! and the options are re-schedule a delivery or collect from depot in Middleton.

I am so sorry that one of my favourite shop wich is Asos uses this courier service. I won't be buying from Asos for a long time if they don't change courier. This is even way worse than Royal mail. They almost never deliver on the day they promise also last time they scanned my order as receive it but i never did and reaching for their costumer service wasn't easy and i lost a day of work for this and a all afternoon trying to find out where my parcels did end up.

My goodness so many of you guys too. Same here! 1st experience with them, I waited in all day, checked the tracking when it suddenly said "couldn't access property," erm I don't live at the Tower of London or in a castle & I have an intercom. The driver didn't ring it, didn't leave a card - reason being? - he is a bare faced liar & did not attempt to deliver! I didn't even request a 2nd delivery. Due to their lack of honesty and lack of respect towards their customers and dishonest I requested a refund and am seeking legal advice. It will only be a matter of time until these lying criminals are busted and are punished for it! I have no faith in this company and will never order from a company whose use these. The customer service team do not have customers best interests at heart, they are unhelpful and do not resolve issues. All of my other parcels from other companies have arrived prompt, but these? It seems the same unacceptable issues keep on reoccurring.

Zero Stars is more likely, Totally useless Yodel having supposedly been delivering a parcel for 3 days. Fact 1. Our House has been here for over 300 years. Fact 2 We have had courier deliveries ( inc yodel) here for well over 40 years. Yodel keep saying they can't accress our property. errm it's right on the Road ! Today. Yodel tracker showed the driver was a few 100 yards away at 16:34, then later the tracker updated to couldn't access outr property at 15: 34 ? .. so its all lies .. someone has always been here for the last 3 days and still no parcel. and No Card left ?,
