I was away on my Easter holiday. The driver just left the parcel in front of the door and run away. He did not use even the parcel box across there. Until I came back the parcel had been stolen. They did not compensate. The cost of parcel was £530

Delivery driver took no notice of instructions to leave the parcel at a specific neighbour if no answer at the address. Message was left that the parcel was left in the porch. On contacting customer service due to no parcel the photograph provided by the driver shows it was delivered to the wrong address entirely. Customer service was not very helpful stating that they had notified the depot so it wouldn't happen again. They took no responsibility for the missing parcel and offered no help except I should contact the supplier. Passing the buck springs to mind and I would suggest no reputable company use them.

I would put zero stars if I could! Absolutely shocking service and lazy delivery drivers, how they are still in business baffles me! The delivery driver thought it would be a good idea to "deliver" my parcel to my communal bin room door, left out in the open and it was stolen..No surprises there! I contacted yodel and they "investigated" and then sent me an email saying it was delivered to the correct address and left at the bin room door, well how can it be both because I don't live in a bin room! Idiots! Stay clear of them! Shut this company down!

Marked as delivered so I couldn't get a refund. I spoke to customer services who admitted it hadn't been delivered but refused to send me confirmation and then cut me off the webchat. Customer services phone number is premium rate.

Smooth process up until I opened my parcel. One of my items was damaged and unusable, ceramic lamp. The ceramic part was smashed and I was lucky not to have hurt myself when I opened the box. The other issue was the lamp wasn't appropriately wrapped and protected which is an issue I have raised to Argos where I purchased the lamp. As you can see from the photo thlamp box is also damaged which suggests this occurred during transit. The force broke the ceramic part of the lamp. Please take care with our parcels in future.

We had some flowers to be delivered to our mum , it’s the first Christmas without our dad who passed away in June . The flowers we’re ment to be delivered Wednesday, after several days of not being delivered we checked the status , due to the state of the parcel it’s not being delivered! As they took too long to deliver them obviously the flowers died ! So very dissatisfied, yodel is saying is we have to contact the florist !. We live in Canada & can’t just turn up with a bunch of flowers !!!

Another Parceless Customer
Absolutely effing useless - a product I've been receiving from the same supplier for 3 years they now can't find my address or deliver the parcel. I hope in 2023 they try to deliver themselves somewhere and are never seen again - just like my parcels.

Purchased item from Amazon company. They unfortunately used Yodel as the courier. Purchased on 27th November for delivery to my work. First time stolen, as I apparently collected from there warehouse, hundreds of miles from the delivery address. Contacted the supplier, who despatched a second one, again for the same delivery address. Got a delivery slot, nothing arrived. Yodel stated they tried to deliver the item at 17.18 (an hour after the two hour delivery slot) on Monday 12th December but missed us & left a card? My work is staffed till 17.45 and recieve upto twenty deliveries a day from various couriers...so that is obviously another lie. Contacted the suppliers get this delivery sorted out. Told I was getting a special delivery on 20th December...never put out for delivery. Supplier has now refunded the order, even though I told them I just want the item. Will now have a very disappointed son at Christmas. Don't know how they can get away with this. As for the Was your delivery on time option below, add an extra option that your delivery didn't even turn up!

I ordered a gift of 3 Bottles to be delivered to my elderly sister. The driver did not knock (my sister and her husband were both in and neither are deaf) Instead I, as the sender, received a message to say it had been left in a safe place... the front porch. Since my sister does not have a front porch I immediately rang her. She opened her front door to find a wet and broken box on her doorstep. Yes, the contents were smashed. Yes, given the state of the box, the driver MUST have been aware. Yes, this is obviously why he did not knock and chose instead to abandon the delivery on the outside step before sneaking off. Shame on him! Now I have to go to the trouble of contacting the company where I made the online purchase and try to get a resolution. Not as easy as it sounds apparently because since my address is not the address to which it was delivered (it was a gift) it is the recipient who has to make the telephone call (my sister is 81....imagine the stress) So what was intended to be a wonderful surprise has been completely ruined by the incompetence of your courier and a number of people have been left upset and disappointed. Yodel have the worst reputation of any UK Delivery Service and, had I known the supplier used this company, I would never have placed the order at all...and this is what I shall be telling the shop when I speak to them properly tomorrow.

I would give them a zero if I could! Said it had arrived at the local depot on 3 separate days. Where is my parcel :( There is no human interactions available on the phone and I’ve been waiting 5 hours on webchat for someone to be available. Absolute shambles of a company , they need to close down!!! Still no parcel , was meant to arrive between 10am and 13, it’s now 6pm and nothing but still says it’s coming 10-12. These delivery drivers are dreadful , where is my order parcel!!!

Worst delivery drivers I’ve ever dealt with. They give you a box to write specific instructions in which are always completely ignored. The drivers knock and wait 30 seconds for you to answer the door before they run back into their unmarked vans and disappear. Also their contact us number is just an automated service that only made me even angrier and solved nothing. I want my money back for next day delivery.

My package was left with a neighbour DESPITE it being requested NOT to because they are in the process of leaving the property and aren't there often. Contacted YODEL who refused to take ANY responsibility for their NOT fulfilling what they were contracted to do. The name given as the recipient of the package was Ryan when my neighbours are a couple and the male is called Matt! YODEL were less than helpful....AVOID!

Sorry I tried many times to find solution to my case I bought a watch and my watch never came to my address delivery I complained to yodel about my watch not arrived to me yodel replying to my my watch was delivery to me I said I can proof it's not was delivered to me I have camera here yodel sent me a picture about delivery when I saw the pictures I said this not my place here it's a company big company you delivered to a house to a bricklayer we not doing any construction here and you can see on pictures I sent to you it's coming different place yodel just said your delivery was done see the picture from my drive and till today yodel not check who's saying the true this mean yodel don't care with your customers

My order was marked as loaded onto the Preston van at 8.46 am and out for delivery on Tuesday morning 4th October and it was not delivered, the following day 5th October it was marked as out for delivery, I made an enquiry as to where it was as I had not ventured out of the house for fear of missing the parcel, I was informed that the parcel will arrive three days after it was initially made available for delivery to my address, horrendous service!

have ordered product from Massimo Dutti, delivered by yodel on Saturday. Delivery man took the photo when I received it and left. After he left I noticed the parcel two different names and address in two sides and it is from yoursclothing.co.uk. It was originally addressed to Jackie Hagan from Camberley. I think there is nothing wrong with delivery man, somebody took the label from my parcel and put the other side of the bag. When I check the yodel and Massimo Dutti web page it showed I delivered. But I didn’t delivered my original parcel, I received someone else’s. My Tracking number My Tracking number JD0002230778002526 Other tracking number is JD0002230477937579 As a conclusion, 2 labels, 2 names, 2 address but 1 PARCEL which is in wrong address.

My friend sent me some beautiful flowers from M&S. The Yodel delivery driver saw my face when I saw the packaging and said don’t worry, it’s just the water that’s leaked out. Water had completely emptied, box was a heap of mush and seed block spoiled. I saw him get the box from his fan, it wasn’t upright.

£175 worth of goods left on doorstep last week for 4 hours whilst I was at work. Dyson fan delivered today handed over so I could not see continue of box, which was covered in brown paste and wet and dinstergated on other side… photo attached

This is the 3rd time I have had a parcel marked as “delivered”. Have been unable to find it on my property so contacted my neighbours to find they don’t have it either. Go on the yodel tracking and it seems they attempted delivery once and returned it to the sender. Can’t contact them through online chat or directly. It amazes me a company can give a persistently poor service and remain trading!

Seller dropped item off at a local store (several stores that were tried first reported no collection from Yodel for some days). Item was then picked up and passed through their system. A couple of days later the tracking info said that at 16.07 ‘delivery attempted and they would reschedule’ followed by at 16.11 ‘unable to deliver - returning to sender’. It was being delivered to a collection point shop - the shop is open from 9-11 7 days a week. The shop also reported that they hadn’t seen a yodel courier for several days and had a pile of stuff waiting for them. Tracking info then changed to say it had been left at the shop - checked again and the shop still hadn’t received it. Queried it with Yodel live chat who then said again that it was being returned to sender as delivery couldn’t be made and their tracking had had a ‘glitch’. They clearly didn’t try to deliver to the collection point. Spoke to the colldction shop it should have been delivered too again snd they told me Yodel had told them they needed to travel to another collection to pick drop off/pick up their Yodel parcels instead of the Yodel courier visiting them. Total shambles. At the moment we have no idea where the item is and neither do they.

Was given a 2 hour delivery slot 11:50-13:50. Planned my day around this. Contacted Yodel 2 hours after delivery slot expired. Advised, “wait some time”. I had already waited 2 hours longer than advised. Contacted them after a further 3 hours. Advised driver was 2 stops away on tracking system. Tracking has been saying the same all day. I could see this for myself & advised Customer Service Team of this. Informed that deliveries can arrive until 2100hrs. Why give a 2 hour expected delivery slot to customers only to tell them to wait and that deliveries can arrive until 2100hrs? It is now 2050hrs. I’m guessing my delivery is not arriving. The parcel contains fresh food, unlikely to be fresh now!!! No longer responding to Live Chat. Automated telephone service is pretty useless as it advised my my delivery would arrive between 11:50-13:50, I called them after 1600hrs. I have given 1 ⭐️ as there is no option to give 0.

Very disappointed with this courier.. im supposed to have a 24hr delivery service. Their tracking page gave me a delivery date 21/07/22. I went to seek help via live chat around 5pm on the said delivery date and I was told to wait until 9pm. No delivery was made. I expected the delivery would be delivered the following day which is 22/07/22 and is now 24hrs delayed. To double my disappointment their tracking page now tells me no available date for delivery. I have contacted via telephone their customer service agent who is also very rude and not helpful at all! NEVER USE YODEL! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! My Yodel Tracking- JJD0002247275147819

Worst experience ever. 😡My parcel just disappeared. Shows has been delivered to costumer but I haven’t got it..on phone call with costumers service told me that on gps showed that driver have been on my living area but I haven’t got anything 😡 and i have been at home all day..

Order still not been delivered. Three delivery dates now. Being fobbed off on the Webchat. They said it had been sent back to the seller. Then they said it was out for delivery. Then it had been returned to the depot as I had moved. Terrible service resulting in my now cancelling my order with the seller. Avoid this company at all costs!

Parcel saying delivered on the 21st but nothing. No card through the door checked with neighbours and nothing. Can't talk to them online can't phone them. How is anyone supposed to get help. Cant even get help off the seller as its marked down as delivered.
