We ordered ate item and it should have arrived last Friday then on Saturday called yodel to be told it was at the wrong depot and we would receive it on Monday 20t/6/ 2022 as of the Thursday 24th we got on to tracking to see it was out for delivery so stayed in all day for no parcel and the tracking app to say I was not in and a card had been put in the door.i don't think so so one week on and no parcel.i will not be ordering of anyone that sends parcels with yodel again.

In the space of 3 weeks I've had 4 parcels not delivered - 2 already declared lost - the rest STILL in transit two weeks later. Totally given up with Yodel and the website has been down twice in 3 days 🤦 sort it out Yodel - off back to Evri - you've cost me a fortune!!!

Where ever I see a seller using Yodel I automatically know it will never arrive. Their by far the worse I've ever come across. And nothing has changed . Look at the reviews , everyone saying the sane thing , the app is rubbish , the tracking doesn't work , customer service is a joke . So the must be asked why does this company not listen to their customers and why do they not care If you are sending or receiving do not use this company , it will be stressful and your more likely will need to pick it up Ever time we had a seller send us a parcel , same problem , same excuse, same lack of service . Once again, and I say that as it happens every single time Yodel are used (always inducing anxiety within me when I realise this) Yodel have lied, have made up a safe place that doesn’t exist and then offer no solution other than “check with your neighbours/check the “poost room” - I live in a block of flats and not a post office, we don’t have post rooms. We have letter boxes. Why would my neighbours have it and not me? Why would they even pretend to deliver to a fictional safe place or deliver to a neighbour when it’s meant to be delivered to me, I was home and I live on the ground floor so it’s not even a chore for a lazy lying driver? Even if they did deliver to a neighbour (they didn’t) then why would they and not to my address? How are Yodel still in business? I am not exaggerating when I say this happens every time. I don’t even get annoyed anymore, as I expect it but it’s still time consuming knowing I have to contact another liar at the office who doesn’t know his a**e from his elbow. Do Yodel use their company as a cover to steal deliveries? That’s a serious question. I won’t stop making you look as bad as you are until you deliver my parcel. You really do scrape the barrel when it comes to your job. God help us all.

The worst delivery company so far . My item was left in the bins outside my flat and the Yodel team claimed that it was marked as delivered. I never received that item . Even when I contacted customer service they did not take any responsibility.

Yodel left my parcel on the road, nowhere near my front door, and even took a photo of it on the road as proof of delivery. Appalling service that is pretty much negligent of customers property. Any company using Yodel doesn't get my business now as I won't receive delivery anyway.

The delivery driver was across the road from my place, there was 1 stop before me, it was early in the evening, and STILL I did not receive my parcel for the third day in a row. Frustrated is an understatement. Yodel need to do some serious work on their back end systems and route guidance for drivers. Completely unfathomable and no doubt a waste of petrol and time to continue to make these errors.

Zero stars Yodel were supposed to deliver a parcel on Fri 13th. Home all day, received a notification that they had attempted delivery and left a card. Nobody has been (camera doorbell would have seen them) and no card. No updates until tues 17th when it is out for delivery again. Exactly the same thing happened. Cannot speak to a human on the phone - automated service just cuts you off. And two tries and discussing with foreign webchat agent were useless as they couldn’t understand that the driver had not been to my property. Now at the point where I will do a charge back for the goods and cancel all future orders with the seller if they are going to continue using Yodel.

The worst delivery service in the UK. The tracking system is unreliable and frequently wrong. The live chat is useless as they simply read what is said on the tracking, my current parcel shows "delivered" (it hadnt been) then, received at depot waiting for delivery. It has been at the depot for 5 days now. I think twice about ordering on line when yodel is the courier. Can you leave zero stars !

Parcel dumped over the front gate in wet conditions. Not found until the following morning. Parcel wet and dirty. Not attempt made to open the gate or approach the front door. We were in the property at the time

Completely untrustworthy. Full of lies. I was waiting delivery of some action figures for my son’s 10th Birthday. Tracking shows that it’s been apparently delivered to my safe place. I check and it’s not there. I ask all my neighbours and they don’t have it either. Customer services contacts the depot and after an “investigation” the driver vividly remembers leaving it in front of a black door! Except there are no black doors. The door in question is pure white. What a barefaced lie. A lawyer would have a field day in court with cowboys like this. Completely caught red handed making lies up. Of course this may be the business model that they are getting by just fine on. Absolutely atrocious!

Total RUBBISH company selling junk garden furnisher. B&M ripped us off of ÂŁ80 on Sat 19th March in Lowestoft store. Brought a round garden table and chairs set. But the legs/stand top do NOT fit into the slots provided and the trim around the glass top. Total shabby con and rip off company stealing peoples money for dodgy rip off garden furnisher. ÂŁ80 stolen by these baskets. AVOID cheap and nasty CON Shop. As you can see the table legs tops do NOT line up with each slot at the edge of the round table. We are talking about 4" (inches) between gaps, so you would have to FORCE or twist and maybe damage it.

POOR DELIVERY SERVICE DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES. Item showed delivered , then changed to left on porch , I had been sat home waiting on the delivery and no such attempt or drop was made ,after contacting yodel customer services I was told the item WAS delivered ( basically calling me a lier ) we can see by GPS the driver was in your area at the time of delivery ,after contacting the seller to chase this up 48hrs later I received a copy of the photo that yodel customer services had to hand as proof of delivery ,, I was delivered to the wrong address. See pictures below address label and my house number is 46 you can see clearly the house number delivered too which is 200ft away from my location.

Awful. They don't even deliver to our whole business park (my biz address) and always state 'refused at door' at my home address when they didn't even turn up AND I have a 'safe place' set. A bargain basement courier - avoid them and ANY online firm that uses them - nobody needs the chaos, chasing on refunds or lost orders, and hassle.

The delivery driver felt it appropriate to leave flowers addressed to a maternity unit at a hospital by some locked loading bay doors and then send a message that they had been delivered to the 'safe place' on the 'back porch'. In all my 55 years on this planet, I have never heard of a hospital having a 'back porch'. The staff at the hospital (including a nurse from the maternity unit, cleaners and security staff) searched around but could not find the flowers. I complained and the complaint was NOT upheld because they were 'delivered to the correct address'. Seriously??? Who in their right mind thinks leaving flowers at the loading bay of a hospital constitutes delivery to a correct address? Who, with one iota of common sense, would not take a delivery to the very well signed reception desk? I have asked for the complaint to be escalated as this is simply not acceptable, particularly when the response to my complaint has stated I should 'check with family members and the surroundings of the buildings' to try and find them. So they think that I should ask my daughter, after her having had an emergency C-Section and giving birth to a premature son, to walk around the WHOLE hospital looking for these???? The staff have already gone above and beyond looking for these - time that is too precious to have to be wasted because of some inept delivery person - which is something I told Yodel via webchat before getting this ridiculous response to the complaint. And I would love to know how the complaint handler looked at picture of a box of flowers outside an obviously locked and unmanned loading bay (I have a copy of the photo) and thought "yep, that looks like the right place to leave flowers at a hospital".

According to your tracking and email my parcel was delivered yesterday at 11.30am. Strange that, as when I checked at 18:00 is was down as loaded, then on checking again approx 40 minutes later it states loaded at 05:00 and delivered 12:30. Working from home yesterday so in all day, definitely no delivery. Now having to work from home today as I have a funny feeling someone was cooking your delivery times from Alfreton. I wouldn't be complaining if you had aoologised and that delivery will be delayed. Appalling service standards.

Absolutely rubbish. I was left two cards on two separate days. I was in my house so I doubt the courier even knocked the door - instead left a calling card. No way of getting in contact with the number yodel provides for driver - straight to voicemail. No way of contacting Yodel to speak to person. Webchat is unreachable. Finally spoke to a person on Webchat ... Ravi Kumar 15:23. What an absolute Joke! His response was flippant wait for next delivery and disconnected the chat without notice.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. 2 appalling experiences in recent weeks. First one yodel lost my parcel (which was my daughters birthday present) and the attitude seemed to be “oh well 🤷‍♀️“. Second one was some flowers which I sent to a relative, vase was smashed to pieces and the box looked like it had been used for a game of football. So my experience of yodel is; it’s complete pot luck if you get your parcel, and if you do, god knows what state it will be in. I wonder how these stay in business.

I supposed to receive a parcel from Samsung promotion claims/Ingram Micro based on my September super deal on Galaxy S21. The original parcel tracking system shown it's been delivered. I received nothing when I arrived home from work. After all complains to Yodel, driver said I left it in porch, I'm living in a flat at 15th floor of a court. There is no porch!!!! Parcel needed a signature or taking photo on door to be handed to me, none of them has proof. Parcel was enough small to be dropped to post box on my flat door, wasn't needed to be left anywhere else. Literally the original parcel has been stolen and driver recorded on tracking system as been delivered. After 2 months chasing my case with Samsung promotion department. They accepted to send me a replacement. The last THU 16th DEC. I received email from YODEL parcel in on the way, I was at work, I wanted to change delivery option to collection points and after work go to collect it. YODEL just left neighbour option available. I didn't want it. I Called driver, driver said will be redlivered tomorrow. FRI 17th Dec. I left wirh no other choice to stay at home and don't go to work. I stayed at home all day and awaken 5 am. All day at home, nobody buzzed intercom, nobody knocked my dlat door and front of my eyes staying at home , YODEL TRACKING SYSTEM SHOWN "SORRY WE MISSED YOU" and also shown " NO AVAILABLE NEXT ESTIMATED DELIVERY AT THIS TIME" In my opinion YODEL assign the 1st clas, wel paid and direct employed drivers to the nice and push arears, easy deliveries, houses in good areas. So those drivers are happy and carry on the job responsible so receivers in those areas are happy. And YODEL assign most of low class, selfemployed, low paid drivers to the poor areas like area I'm living in. Those drivers do whatever to release thier angers against YODEL and make job easier for themselves and record whatever they want about parcel delivery operations at no egfective supervisory either those records are true or false. DRIVERS ARE THE 1ST TIER OF DELIVERY RECORDS. So parcel receivers like me must pay for those kind of conflictions at YODEL. The driver assigned to my parcel delivery is a lier and absolutely recorded false and wrong information about " been delivered" for original parcel, he stole my parcel. Driver whose been assigned for my replacement parcel. He is a lier as FRI 17th DEC, I was at hpme, in my flat whole day at no contact. These sort of drivers who has problem with YODEL and are dissatisfied about thier jobs and contracts, do whatever make the delivery operations easier at no responsibility. They do whatever to release thier angers against employer YODEL, to bring them to talk for better contract conditions. AND PARCEL RECEIVERS LIKE ME WHO LIVS IN 15TH FLOOR OF A COURT AT POOR AREAS MUST PAY FOR THAT. YODEL is The worst UK delivery company and thier drivers terror satisfication of parcel receivers and also terror thd big brand small parcels so male people hate of Those brands like Samsung.

Usually, at least where I worked in the delivery business, when a client called, you called the driver and asked location and time, especially if the delivery window was missed. Not here, here you get literally 0 more information that what you had before contacting customer service. Don't even bother. UPDATE : I was assured by 4 customer service agents today that my parcel was going to be delivered today, no one bothered to notify me it was going to be late, or when it was brought back to the depot later today.

Absolute shambles! We've got a new delivery Guy in Dudley and he is sooo lazy, never rings the bell, just shouts "PARCEL" and dumps it next to the bins, often in the rain, no notice, nothing. He lies about leabing items in Lobby or authorised place (no such place exists)

My parcel was left in the street outside the wrong adress (similar adress though) and then when I queried it I was given no help other than false "evidence" that the delivery driver said he sent it to the correct adress and so it was obviously sent to the correct adress... The evidence was a photo of someone elses front door down the street where the parcel was left. Having contacted the seller I had confirmation that they had my correct adress, however Yodel continue to give me nothing but empty advice to check details with the seller and that the delivery driver is always right. No accountability and basically gaslighting emails telling me that I received my parcel when all they do is further prove that it was sent elsewhere. Also whilst chatting for assistance on web chat I was sent a massive response in a matter of seconds with someone elses name in it, as instead of adressing each customers needs individually, they copy and paste generic responses. Has 1 star because it doesnt let you do 0.

They lied and said my package was delivered to me. I didn’t receive it. It’s impossible to get through to the ‘driver’. How are they getting away with this. ? It’s absolutely disgusting that they are just stealing peoples expensive packages like it’s free gifts for them. And judging from everyone else’s reviews, it’s clearly an on going issue.

I returned home from a couple of nights away to find a card from Yodel indicating that my parcel had been left in my green bin. That bin had been emptied early on the morning of our return. The parcel should have been signed for. My neighbours on either side work from home and would have accepted the parcel without any problem. I contacted Yodel and received an emailed reply saying that they had "investigated" and that the driver "couldn't recall the delivery". Their advice was to contact the sender!!! I am extremely unhappy with the service provided and the "investigation".

Il sum up why they are awful in a few steps. 1. Parcel is a week late 2. Arranged delivery for when I'd be home. Tracking information was so off, I wasn't home. 3. Driver didn't use my ring.com, or leave a card 4. After speaking to customer service, the only option I was given was to deliver it tomorow... When I wouldn't be home (that's why I arranged it for today) So I'm going to the depot when I can to pick it up. Because they can't be trusted to do the 1 thing there company is supposed to do. Deliver. Edit: picked it up, my induction hob is smashed to pieces

Wish i could give 0 stars. Ordered next day delivery. Its been 16 days... They claimed they couldnt find my address, I updated my address plus gave directions. They found my address and claimed that someone told them I had moved house. I doubt the drivers even leave their house tbh.
