Quick delivery and the item seems fine but the man delivered when I was out and took it upon himself to wander around the property, leaving the parcel in the back garden. Was he looking for a safe place to store the parcel, or have a good nosey around? He probably looked through my windows too. I feel slightly violated. They shouldn't be allowed to wander..I would have gladly picked-up the parcel.

Estimated delivery was monday , nothing! Tuesday waited in then noticed card on doormat, sorry I missed you ? Didnt even ring doorbell, now had to rearrange another delivery, no person to talk too, no telephone or text from yodel Even though they have my contact details.

I got home today to find my parcel in my brown bin which currently has grass cuttings which smell dreadful. Lovely sunny day and places could have hid. Very disappointed.

Parcel arrived today, nobody rang the doorbell, nobody knocked on the door, a card was pushed through the letter box saying my parcel was under camper van (as requested)!!!. I DIDN'T request my parcel to be left under my downstairs neighbours (Who I do not get on with) camper van Thank You Very Much. How can you tell I'm not happy.

Box arrived half open. It was two sacks of compost and should have been delivered down the drive to back door as stated on the Label. I state this option as I'm well over 70yrs and not in good health. So had to drag them through house and out into garage.

According to the tracker you’ve tried to deliver my parcel 3 times and have been unable to. If this is the case why was no card left informing me. It’s a lockdown and there’s always someone home to receive parcels. Looks like you’ve been caught out by the Coronavirus....

Received a notification to say it was left in the front porch, only to see it wasn’t despite being in the flat all day. Was recommended to search the apartment block before downloading the app. Chased up the driver by getting his phone number through the app (so I was able to reach him before yodel did) and was told it was concealed under the stairs near the back entrance. Poor customer service and do not follow instruction. I can only be thankful to the driver for leaving his phone number and clear instruction.

I reserved an item at Argos for collection. However, due to a combination of bad weather and my own laziness I decided to change my order to delivery. It was £4 for guaranteed next day so why not. When I realised the courier was Yodel I kicked myself because I'd heard terrible things but by then it was more effort to cancel than if would have been to just walk there in the first place. Anyway, the next day I received a text while at work saying my parcel would be delivered between 14.35 and 16.35. I got the text at 16.10. Got home, no card, through the door, checked my email and it said delivered at 15.10. Didn't say where so I checked with my designated "preferred neighbour" who had been home all day and hadn't had a knock at the door or even a yodel through the letterbox. Used their highly inefficient web chat service to report the problem and I was asked if I had checked the surrounding properties (I live in a terraced house, there are lots of neighbours) why didn't the driver just leave me a card?! Anyway, the next day I got the same text at the same time and I came home to a card on the doormat saying they'd left it in a safe space behind my house. The parcel was there, safe and sound. I wouldn't feel the need to leave a bad review if I was told my parcel would be a day late, that happens this time of year. 4 hours of poor customer service, having to talk to my rubbish neighbours, and having to explain to my fiancee that she might have to wait for her Christmas presents could have easily been avoided. Anyway, I really hope it's the correct item because its wrapped and under the tree now.

Parcel delivered to wrong address and according to person at the wrong address parcel was thrown out van into their driveway. Result was damage to contents. I think Yodel should arrange replacement.

I am still waiting for my delievery that was meant to be delievered yesterday. I've been online all day trying to track when it's going to arrive and it just says Wednesday 4th September (today). It doesn't say it's on it's way or give an estimated time. I had another parcel delievered by Yodel last week and it was fine and arrived when mentioned online. I've also tried to get in contact with someone online but they always seem to be busy!

It's impossible to speak with anyone in the company to get information on an order. Tried 3 different numbers that all redirect to an automated system. There's no ability to speak with a human. Their online chat system is never available (it says "all their operators are busy" which doesn't make any sense as it's a chat system). Their in-app chat system also never connects to a customer service representative. I won't be ordering from any companies that use Yodel as a delivery option. This is the only delivery company I've ever had this issue with

I have no idea where their 4/5 rating is coming from on TrustPilot. This is a terrible company. It's impossible to speak with a human being - their phone system is completely automated and there is no option to be connected to a customer service agent. Their webchat is "busy" 24/7 so you can't speak with anyone there. Their in-app chat doesn't work with constant disconnections.

2 parcels went missing and 1 was supposedly signed for, but not by me. I wouldn't use them to send anything as I have had other issues with them in the past. Not very professional at all

Made me happy!! I was due delivery on the 18th January 2019, l had an email to say may parcel had been delivered in the morning and left in a safe place, the back porch ,which that in its self is a utter lie as l don't have a back porch!! There was no parcel when l returned home at 6 pm that evening, l contacted the seller (through ebay) and as they had a tracking number and confirmed delivered l have had to launch an appeal through ebay for my money back!! I received an email to say parcel was delivered to number 53 as there was a problem with their scanning device and unable to leave correct derails, l checked this at 53 and they did indeed sign for a parcel on the 30th January but hey what a surprise was for my next door neighbour. Like previous customers l was told l would receive a reply with in 24 hours from a manager, guess what l am still waiting 5 days later. I will be going to trading standards as l am not about to loose my money due to the way the yodel conducts their company. I'm utterly surprised anyone wants to deal with Yodel based on their reviews and their service. Utter shambolic!!

First and last time I shall use this Company. Didn't deliver on the day despite being in facing the front door when they said they couldn't gain access?? You can't speak directly to anyone. Then delivered hours before stated the next day. Really awful experience. I feel really sorry for the delivery drivers as I was number 11 of 138 that day.

I'll give two stars because my delivery is late not received tone day late even I bought paying extra for fast delivery and it was waste of money!!!!!
