Abysmal!!! failed to find address, then customer care kept lying about re-delivery. Were evasive and almost impossible to get hold of. How they remain in busyness is beyond me. Pete Nottingham

Wish i could give 0 stars. Ordered next day delivery. Its been 16 days... They claimed they couldnt find my address, I updated my address plus gave directions. They found my address and claimed that someone told them I had moved house. I doubt the drivers even leave their house tbh.

Absolutely shocking! My delivery is 2 days late, I’ve called the driver and he’s in the bath and was rude to me. Now I’ve got to collect my parcel from their deposit. I will never use these again in my life nor shop with companies that use there delivery service.

Attempt delivery at the wrong address and then say you missed the parcel, absolutely impossible to get through to anyone who is human and not an automated machine to speak to them about it. Terrible terrible company.

I was told my parcel had been delivered through my letterbox. I was in at the time it was supposed to have been delivered but nothing arrived through my letterbox. The delivery details gave the driver's contact number as 0000. What a joke as It's not a valid contact number. I've tried contacting yodel who were supposed to be checking with the depot to try to track down my parcel. They said they would get back to me in 24 hours. 48 hours later and still no response! Would never recommend Yodel as a delivery company.

Disgusting company! After 3 weeks of waiting my parcel, we found out that Yodel lost it and they are not taking responsibility for it. AVOID!!! They shut be shout down, the worst delivery company ever!

They failed to deliver my parcel, saying the driver said he posted it through my letter box, but there was nothing there!! So I lost it. I didnt know who sent it so couldn't follow up at all. Yodel just washed their hands completely!!!

Disgusting service was meant to arrive on the 9th didn’t arrive until 9:00 am this morning and they didn’t bring it outside my door... instead the delivery man dumped it on the ground floor!!!

Not delivered after 3 days (tracked) in NEWTON ABBOTT depot, it's still there, undelivered. Weekend job ruined and cancelled. No communication from YODEL. Abysmal, unfathonable service, how your still operating is inconceivable, you must have government friends!

DO NOT USE!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I cannot believe how bad this company is - they should be shut down. I am 99% sure that the driver has stolen the parcel which should have been delivered (a mobile phone). No concrete tracking information. I am disgusted. Even when trying to make a complaint is it is an uphill struggle. I cannot believe a company like this is still going.

I've actually stopped using bay due to these imbeciles now it seems I'm going to have to stop using amazon too. The best thing to do is go out shopping for goods myself and bring them home in my car.....at least I'll get to keep what I pay for instead of never seeing it and not getting a refund because yodel claim to have delivered....I'd watch those drivers like a hawk if I were a manager yodel.... parcels don't just vanish into thin air.

Thieving delivery driver. We regularly order from a great company that sadly uses Yodel and for some reason twice over the last 18 months the driver has been unable to find our address (Huge green building on an industrial estate you really can’t miss it) and we have had to complain to get it sorted. Both times the package has then turned up with half the stuff missing and taped back up with clear tape. Next time I’m reporting this to the police you horrible thieving….. they will take it too, trust me on that. JD0002247021002237

I have ordered numerous products and not once have these courier drivers managed to deliver my goods and the communication in getting in touch with yodel is very poor to say the least, so much so they don't even update their tracking information avoid at all costs you won't regret it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish they would stop employing courier drivers that can't even do their job properly !!!!!!!!!

Apparently the parcel that was signed fro an deliverd yesterday is ont he van for delivery today .. sort of confirms that Yodel are not truthful about tracking . Complete waster of time.

E mail on tracking of my package said delivery attempted . I was in my front room seeing the window at the time they supposedly came. I now need to wait another week for my new floor to be fitted as they have the underlay somewhere.

Yodel are a joke, they lie about the tracking and make it super hard to get any details why they pretend things have been delivered. If Yodel is the only option for delivery then choose another retailer that uses a more professional service that doesn’t lie. Awful.

Attempted delivery of package. Card posted through door. Arranged for package to be delivered to local Collect+ point. Changed to collect from local depot. Used web chat to get it changed back to Collect+ point. Changed back to collect from local depot again! And this time when I got in touch with the web chat they fobbed me off to the collect+ website which is one of the most unhelpful websites I've ever used. Infuriated.
