Tracked my parcel and watched it change to delivered! But nope it wasn’t and I also have cctv to prove it! Web chat is constantly engaged. Awful company obviously with thieving drivers, won’t be ordering from any company that use these couriers.

Sender of my package says it should had been with me on the 27th April (ordered 24th), it's now 2nd May and no package, your tracking says it will soon be with you. Really? My item was only traveling from Dorset to London, not too far. Tried webchat, waste of time, won't connect. Your company really are the pits as there is no way of contacting anyone to find out what's happening my package.

tracking number so went down to work were it was been delivered about 1 hour before delivery numbers went down looked said he had tried to deliver couldnt gain access i was there nobody showed up

Said parcel out for delivery with David today. Then 2hrs later get your parcel will be delivered in 2 days!!!

Absolutely abhorrent service, they claim that they missed us and that they left a calling card. I have been at home all day and I didn't even see a van that looked remotely like a delivery van drive past and seen as we are all at home during these trying times, of course I was at home, there was no way that you missed me in the slightest. Worst delivery service I think I have ever used.

Stating parcel has been delivered which clearly has not. Been home so not even attempted cant seem to contact anyone

Driver was incredibly rude to me. Utterly disgusted. I happened to make a comment that she could have given me time before knocking again got mouthful from the ill-bred rude, obnoxious madam.

your company is total rob dogs, especially you drivers. Saying they have devilered a parcel when we havent received anything. We have CCTV cameras so got proof. Your drivers have gone back to the office saying they sorted it but have not. Your company is very unreliable and your drivers too.

Yodel would best serve the community by ceasing to trade. They never actually manage to deliver anything to me. Their customer service is non existent, I personally would prefer not to have anything to do with this company.

Driver lied. Said they had tried to deliver a parcel but they had not. Not good enough. Many people in the house all day. Please do not lie. Would not use again.

Twice in a week I have tracked online. Both times they are on the GPS within half a mile of the house. Then it defaults to delivered. No parcel, no customer services. When I finally got through to webchat 'drivers do not have personal mobiles, please check outbuildings and contact the retailer to query.' Last week the parcel, despite being reported as delivered (with 5 day poatage) arrived. Today I have a car battery either delivered to the wrong address or still in the couriers van. Really in C21 Yodel cannot phone the driver who cannot be more than 5 miles from my house and ask them where they delivered the parcel too? Had to contact retailer for them to chase Yodel, as their attitude is, we've delivered your parcel, it's not our problem. They are the worst courier service ever. I paid £7 for 24hr delivery, that was 2 days ago and no idea where my parcel is, when or if it will ever arrive. Please stop using them so they just shut down.

Absolutely awful!! Will not be using again. Never delivered my parcel. After multiple web-chats (one of which was terminated by the staff member after I explained my issue!), I was told the delivery driver had confirmed he had delivered it to my house but when asked where he left it (as it clearly was not in the postbox) I didn't get an answer - if it had been delivered surely the driver would know where they put it? I have checked with my neighbours, of which there are only two, and they do not have it. My parcel has not been delivered and to top it all off it was a gift for someone that I was never able to give! Clearly someone has gone wrong along the lines but has not admitted it. I have been polite all the way through the process but have received such a dismissive and negative attitude back. I am extremely disappointed in this service and will not be using again.

Parcel was to be delivered 24/25 April tracked parcel should of then come 29 no delivery then tracked to day to see parcel as been sent back to dep unable to deliver? People all day in house yodal your a fck joke

have advised on line seller to consider another courier as yodel are no where near the other competitors out there dpd-hermes-ups-parcel force etc etc all supplying a much better service tracking says parcels at my location for past 4 days why cant they deliver like everyone else had ups deliver from Poland to Essex in 4 days. Dpd from Southern Ireland in 3 days. parcels collected by Yodel 22.4.2020 and at Yodel Hayes since then. Now the 30th and still there.

delivery is a week late so far, so i thought i would get in touch to find out why. Their customer service agent ended the web chat suddenly after looking up the parcel codes, so it's not looking like i will be receiving said parcels any time soon, if at all.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Liars, I kept chasing them after 3 days. The parcel which was "delivered" to my neighbour's house for not reason while I was at home and did not receive any card, or notification, nothing at all. I tracked my order and said it was delivered to an apartment opposite my house, I checked with my neighbour and nothing. Send the an email and contacted them via chat online, they promised me that the parcel would be delivered soon, and opened an investigation and the driver would collect my parcel and re-deliver to my house. The day after nothing, I contacted them again and they made the same promise. Received an email from Abby Housecroft, promising me that the parcel would arrive by today and nothing. I had to email the supplier to claim my money back.

Promised delivery did not happen and they said they couldn't locate my property looking at their tracker map they did not come anywhere near and did not call me even though they have my number. Apparently they tried to deliver again the next day and received no warning and next thing I get an email saying I was not home and they had left a card. I have been home all day and did not receive a card. Went through their automatic telephone system and they confirmed my phone number and will try again tomorrow, third attempt and not holding my breath. The worst service possible and I have taken this up with the company I bought from and if they don't change courier I won't buy from them again.

The worst delivery service EVER ! Their drivers are lazy liars ! I am stuck at home due to Coronavirus lockdown and the driver lied that he attempted delivery but noone was at home. They did that 2 days in a row ! Customer service is awful not helpful at all and extremely slow in responding. Awful company ! AVOID them at all cost !

This is an insane company! Got wrapped up in a scam. They said they were delivering the shipments the next day for 4 days & they returned the shipment & didn’t refund my money!!! Never recommending this complany!
