Extremely poor service. I am a teacher working from home and urgently needed a laptop. The first message said the parcel had been delivered, which it had not. The message the next day said it was returned to the delivery centre as no one was in to get it in spite of the fact that there are five people living in the house. There was absolutely no way to contact them. Fortunately the company I ordered from was very helpful and dealt with my queries and I got a refund.

Ordered an item on April 30th 2020, as of today, May 8th 2020, I have still not recieved my order. On their tracking system it says it has been in the Aberdeen depot since May 2nd. Only way to contact them seems to be via webchat. Did this and was told they had raised a base search for me as a high priority. Nothing further has come of this and no update on my order. THE ABSOLUTE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IMAGINABLE! How they are still in business I have no idea.

Recieved email stating item delivered but not signed for 6th May at 18.57. I was at home for obvious reasons so i checked my CCTV and NOTHING was Delivered. Today after what seemed a lifetime finally got through to the CHATLINE. What a waste of time that was the advisor was Rude and ended the chat because i was asking him questions he could not answer Appalling Customer Services.

Same as a lot of people on here parcel was down A's delivered but wasn't I was in all day.got in touch with yodel they said it was delivered and left by the front door.I think the driver has kept it or is it just a coincidence that it's happened to a lot of people on here?

The delivery woman buzzed three times. Each time we answered but before we could even say hello she just walked off around the building only to come back and buzz again. Left no note, it was only after I called the company I was expecting a delivery from did they confirm that she had attempted delivery but was REFUSED entry.

I was notified that the deliverman couldn't get access on Monday afternoon We were all at home, no one knocked the door or rang the bell. I read all reviews online and understood there's no point to wait for another attempt, Therefore I picked it up from their depot on the following day

Shocking! You were asked to deliver flowers because of a bereavement to a friend on 2 occasions and failed on both. The number given by yodel for the driver doesn't work. Web chat people were not helpful at all and closed down a conversation when they got fed up with me asking them to resolve the problem. I was at the property when the driver said he attempted to deliver, so i know he not telling the truth.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE THE MOST UNRELIABLE, USELESS DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!! THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF ADHERING TO THEIR DELIVERY TIMES AND MAKE NO APOLOGIES ABOUT THEIR INEPTITUDE!!! IF YOU USE THEM EXPECT DISAPPOINTMENT.

Extremely upset. My valuable parcels were launched over my garden fence. When I politely said you didn’t knock. She shouted I’ve been standing there for 10 minutes. I said no you haven’t my cctv confirmed it. She shouted in front of all my neighbours that she won’t deliver to me anymore. I am so embarrassed. How dare she speak to me like that. Sittingbourne Kent

found email/tracking yesterday advising delivery - NO WAY did this happen! Called chat line 3 times only to be dumped 3 times, reported to Ebay hopefully someone will investigate these rogue deliveries by this company, so far no delivery the fact someone has probably lied on company tracking is sickening and playing honest buyers for fools PLEASE READ THIS

Terrible. No concern for peoples personal items. Was at home all day since we cant go anywhere anyway, no one knocked, buzzed or left a calling card. Next minute i get an email to say my parcels had been left on the front porch and a card put in the letterbox. Firstly I live in a flat so I dont have a front porch, secondly I didnt recieve a card. I jumped on the webchat and explained the parcel is very expensive and needed to be found. Was told the drivers do not have mobile phones so they needed to wait till he/she arrived back at the depot that night. Was told they would email me within 24 hours with an update. Didnt hear a thing back. So I jumped back on and they told me the driver said it had been delivered (gave a desciption). It wasnt my house. So they said they would send the driver back that day to collect and re-deliver. The person who received it actually took the parcels to my house thankfully and said they didnt have a front porch and the parcel was left in the street, the only reason he knew it was for him was due to the calling card. I never bothered to tell Yodel I received it, figured I would make them work for it. Complained, didnt hear back, still dont know the status of my parcel as they never got back to me with any updates. Thnakfully I know I have it, but terrible service all round.

They said they gave a parcel to a neighbour, didnt even know on my door, no card, dont know what neighbour, havent ordered in a while, so its a old order just come, but whi knows where it is, maybe still with driver ? Cant order anything if its going to be delivered by Yodel,

I feel like I have been RAPED and VIOLATED. I am self isolating and someone from Yodel knocked on my door. First thing he said was "THIS IS FOR YOUR NEIGBOUR AND I AM GIVING IT TO YOU" he didn't even ask me and dumped it into the floor of my flat. WTF, who do you employ that gives you the right to violate my home. You might as well forced yourself into my home and rape me. IF I HAD A CHOICE I WOULD NEVER USE YOU SCUMBAGS.

Worst delivery service. Honestly it's ridiculous. The app is worse and the drivers do not even attempt to deliver, this is the fifth occasion where they say 'they attempted delivery' yet nobody bothered to ring the doorbell or knock, or even leaving a card to say they missed me

Had 3 parcels coming from ebuyer yesterday (2nd May.) A van stops outside my house at 11.30 & the driver leans across the cab, so I saw the red YODEL logo on the back of his day-glo vest, then pulls off again without delivering. At 2.30 a lady delivers two of the parcels & I ask about the third one. She says two vans service this area & it's almost certainly on the other van. Checked the tracker this morning, the 3rd parcel is showing as delivered at 11.30 yesterday, not signed for due to Covid19, obviously a complete lie & most likely it's 'disappeared' now. I suspect that due to the shape & size of it, someone thought it was a PC, Well, if so, they are going to be disappointed when they find it's just an empty case. pretty much useless really, but hopefully if they 'disappear' enough ebuyer parcels, ebuyer will stop using them.

I've stayed in for 2 days waiting for a parcel from Ebuyer via Yodel. I've tracked them through the website and watched as they've delivered all around the nearby streets. At 8pm they were 2 stops away from me, at 8.30 still 2 stops away. At 9pm I got notification that they had attempted delivery at 7.32pm but were unable to access the property; given that I had been sitting in the front garden waiting for them, this is a blatant lie. Given the current covid situation I couldn't care less if something is a day or four late, I resent being lied to though.

Disgusting company. Liers careless irresponsible unorganised. Yodel look at the reviews and wake up you either fix your reputation or shut down as peoples not paying lots of money for their good and you just come along and waste it by not delivering.
