I've stayed in for 2 days waiting for a parcel from Ebuyer via Yodel.
I've tracked them through the website and watched as they've delivered all around the nearby streets.
At 8pm they were 2 stops away from me, at 8.30 still 2 stops away.
At 9pm I got notification that they had attempted delivery at 7.32pm but were unable to access the property; given that I had been sitting in the front garden waiting for them, this is a blatant lie.
Given the current covid situation I couldn't care less if something is a day or four late, I resent being lied to though.
