As about as much use as Ann Frank's drumset. Said they tried to deliver a parcel on one day no card not even a attempt to delivery as still working from home in all day . Each day app show parcel is out for delivery never turns up . Speak to a customer service rep on line same standard excuess driver has had unforseen issues. Parcel will be delivered next day. Going on for 5 days. When you ring the customer service line offers to track your parcel says out for delivery. Would have been quicker to strap a parcel to a oneyed one winged pigeon and would have got to my house quicker. Terrible service

Terrible service - said that they would deliver my parcel and I took a day off work (zero hours contract) and it didn’t arrive. Then they gave me a 2 hour time slot the following evening - again didn’t arrive. And the same the next. I have now decided to pick the parcel up from the depot and they want me to provide 2 forms of ID! Absolutely rubbish company - will avoid at all costs in the future.

I've had 1/5 of my parcels delivered to my flat from yodel. That 4 times the just didn't bother to deliver or delivered it to the wrong place, yet scanned it as delivered through my letter. A delivery company that delivers 20% of your parcels is a joke of a company. Other companies need to stop using them. On top of that, good luck calling or speaking to customer service. Its nearly impossible to actually get a hold of someone and when you do, they say "it looks like it's been delivered successfully" showing you a picture of a completely different place that's not your house😂.

Rubbish. Complete rubbish. First told parcel had been delivered, then informed that it hadn't. Conflicting and inconsistent communication from them. Eventually told them to return the parcel to me so I could arrange a different courier. Customer service team are the worst I have ever dealt with. I will not be using Yodel again.

Still not delivered flowers should have been delivered last Friday for special anniversary on Sunday. Several Lengthy web chats keep asking to wait another 24 hours - no explanation as to why not delivered as noone needed to be home according to their email. Terrible delivery service and lies and false information from customer service .

My order didn’t arrive so when I tracked using Yodel it said there was an issue with my address, which is odd because yodel deliver here multiple times. I spoke to two people (I’m not sure if they were bots) and both said that the driver couldn’t find my location. Twice i gave them my address, sorry confirmed my address as they already have it and still no parcel. Every time you go to the yodel website it says all workers are busy and to try back in a few minutes. What a joke

Diabolical service, can't get to speak to anyone without a real struggle,however,once I got the manager on chat line and he phoned me, I got my delivery and delivery driver was lovely.Wish I could award various stars for various parts of yodel

What can I say, other than everything that has already been said. Still waiting for Yodel to explain where my parcel is. Apparently delivered here 6 days ago. Customer services are useless. Supplier won't refund as Yodel website still says the parcel has been delivered. Please, if anyone reads this before using them, just don't.

They said they attempted delivery 3 times and now i should collect from the not so local depot. No calling cards left. I dont know how these lying crooks are still in business. Zero customer service. Nowadays i contact the seller first and ask which courier they use, if its yodel i tell them im not interested.

I'm just witnessing an old lady fighting to get her money back on an expensive TV, the tracking says delivered but was never delivered. No card put thru the door & no signature was given .. but yet yodel have proof that the driver was there by satellite.. no neighbours have seen anything.. only one outcome.. the driver has stole it..

Yodel are the worst ever courier service .delivery is terrible tracked parcel's are delivered and left in ridiculous places ! my recent parcel was delivered courier did not even come into the garden to ring my door bell he left it hanging half in and half out of a metal box i have fitted to the wall .parcel then went missing customer service said it was not there problem

We order our pet food from Zooplus and Yodel deliver it and by deliver I mean they heave it over the gate because as we all know opening a gate and taking a parcel to the door just takes too long. We will now be changing our pet food supplier. Zooplus have lost a customer due to Yodels poor delivery service. One star is one too many.

ABSOLUTELY A JOKE, DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR, UTTERLY SHAMELESS LIARS AND RIDICULOUSLY RUBBISH DELIVERY COMPANY. A STAR IS TOO MUCH, A CORNER OF THE START IS A LOT FOR THOSE PEOPLE.

So, we had a yodel driver deliver a parcel on Friday 16th September. My wife took the parcel and on seeing one of our dogs the deliver driver said “oh I know who to send the details to to have your dog pinched”. My wife was busy and although heard the comment it didn’t sink in until after. Not only is this an entirely inappropriate comment to make it was caught on the home CCTV and on reflection now makes us concerned that we need to consider the security of our home and our animals. This has considerably unnerved us and we will be taking it further this was delivered from the dartford branch

Couldn’t find address (didn’t even come down the road), then said that it would be delivered every consecutive day and only after I asked them literally 10 times did they tell me it was delayed and they didn’t know when they would deliver it… absolutely useless service and the customer support just ends the chat when they don’t feel like talking. Avoid like the plague, go with DPD

An email 10/9/22 told me that my order was on its way and so I expected it in the next few days as has always happened in the past. On previous orders I had always been contacted by the courier but nothing happened. Unfortunately I had to go away Wed lunchtime but asked 2 neighbours to keep a look out when they could. I kept checking email while I was away but still no notifications from Yodel. I get back Sat morning to find one card only from Yodel suggesting that they had tried to deliver 3 times! Then their tracking system didn't even recognise the number on their card! So where were the cards for the other two attempts - even if I hadn't gone away I would not know if they had been no card no email? Where was the email saying that they had tried to deliver? I could have told them to hold the order if I realised they were trying to deliver. No neighbour remembers them! Sadly these drivers are on such ridiculous time schedules they do not have time to knock neighbours or even write out cards. This one obviously didn't even contact his company when an automatic email would be sent. Unfortunately this is often the story with Yodel - neighbours have so many problems with wrong delivery and drivers not giving enough time for people to get to the door etc.

Definitely avoid them! Terrible delivery company. Delivered to the wrong address. No information on card they left, except tracking number. Tracking number just enables you to see that your item hasn't been delivered! It's almost impossible to talk to a real human being and they don't have any useful information on their website. God help you if your delivery ends up in the 'local' depot as the depot is probably in the back of beyond and only open for the blink of an eye. Avoid this company at all costs
