“As my previous car insurance, with Privelege, was to be increased by 50 % I decided to change to Yoga. On first looking it appeared that Yoga was substantially cheaper than any other Company. However with all the extras and add ons, that soon changed a fair bit. The price still remained cheaper so took up insurance. The online only application was not too difficult, but still left one or two questions unanswered. Performance over time to be assessed”
“easy to set up my car insurance , and easily the best quote , beating my previous insurance quote by £70.00 , but cheap is not always good as we all know , time will tell . somehow did not have to prove my no claims discount, this was done automatically which was good , i hope they dont auto renew without my consent , i will be contacting them through live chat , to talk about this at the end of my insurance premium , as they are a online company only , so no telephone numbers available , maybe a bit premature this review , its not until you make a claim you learn how good or bad they are , but all good so far , thanks”
“Price is best on the market. My car renewal is on the 7th July. Bought my car insurance on the 14th June and my bank account was debited one day later that is on the 15th June. How can you take my money before the insurance even starts. I never had an insurance doing this. Not a good start and from other reviews your company is very eager to take money. Time will tell whether I made a mistake insuring with Yoga and I sincerely hope that you do not auto renew without my authorisation as many other reviews have suggested. Hence why just three stars.”
“I was taken to Yoga via Compare the Market and was very happy with the price. Unfortunately, a software glitch made it impossible to accept the quote on line. I phoned the helpline (when I eventually found the number) and was told about the software problem and asked to try again later that day. I did that, and all was well. Unlucky to hit the problem, but Yoga handled it well for me.”
“Easy to use. Good price. Would be better if you gave more info about Breakdown cover and as you don't do European Breakdown Cover, you should do an option for car insurance without any breakdown.”
