“saved me quite a bit of money but as all insurance companies are reducing staff and relying on a computer tick sheet to see if they can offer you a deal it has more and more questions that people want to clarify......but they have NO one to talk to...........you cant ring up for advice etc......................all they tell you is to visit the portal...am nearly 70..hate the internet and find it nearly impossible.........what happens if your internet signal drops out?

“Confused.com price was lower when I went to purchase it on line with Yoga , eventually was transferred through on chat line, but Yoga price was correct and still a good price.”

The live chat was horrendous, the robot didn't understand my issue, no telephone number (not ideal). Eventually got through to a live agent a person Abbie, she sorted out my problem. That's why I gave them 4/5 stars. Yoga you need a customer services team.”
“Easy to do but as I’ve forgotten my user name and password I can’t amend my police as I wanted to and the links don’t work. I’ve been trying to contact Yoga to resolve without any luck, very frustrating and putting me off renewing with them”
