“After having difficulty logging in to the portal, most of the portal worked fine apart from occasional jumping out of a page whilst trying to update information. I think everything updated ok eventually.”

“Very good on price. Just that, as a new customer, a bit concerned that I can't find a phone number for Roadside Assistance - only an online form. What if I breakdown in the middle of nowhere with poor 3 or 4G coverage?? Is the online form monitored 24/7??”
