“Just signed up mainly based on other reviews and 2022 award. Given 4 stars overall as found it a bit of a minefield to go through all the parts to read. Also, not sure I would have added hire car extra had I really thought about it. The price given on Compare the Market was for the basic level of cover .I requested no telematics and still unsure if it is part of the insurance or not.”

“I am an advocate for my parents as they do not have computers or smart phones. With this, I use my email and computer to support them with their life needs. With this, doing a search it needed to be clear, concise and affordable as they are pensioners, and all renewals from excisting insurance companies were not interested in supporting this until we made a choice, thus an influx of insurance brokkers are reaching out to match YOGA. However, my son has been with YOGA and although he had a few issues with finding garages when he needed the service he agreed they were reliable. The process was simple, easy for me but my parents like hard copies of things and there is no where we can request this. Portals only allows the policy holder to request these and emailing me to print out is not a hard copy and costly. So maybe provide the older generation a choice of a hard copy and not assuming everyone has smart phones or computers. Communication is key to a sound honesty customer service and this is important to my parents. So maybe sending them their policies via post would be nice. Other than this the process was all fine, just lacked communications with humans...”
