“Quite a slick process completing the online forms, after downloading the app. There was a small discrepancy in price ( about £7) between that on the policy and what I was charged. But not to worry too much as the quote was good. 👍”

Not very keen on methods of communication as it took quite a few go's to get someone on the live chat. (The "bot" is a waste of time.)
Having said that, once I did get someone, they were able to help with my query.
I just hope I never have to claim as I would feel anxious about getting someone if I really needed help.”
“I found most of the process straight forward until the end where it asked me to add extras which I thought I had already done. So I went back to the beginning and started again. At the end it turned out I had paid twice and had 2 insurance policies. I cancelled one but it cost me £10.”
