“Having found a price through a price comparison site, I then found it extremely difficult to go back and actually 'pay'.
For some reason I kept getting an 'Error 500' message displayed and there was no telephone number available to find anyone to talk to and to then get help. Because I had not then created an account, I was unable to access the website support!!
Eventually - after leaving my computer for a couple of hours - I was able to go back and 'pay', but it was quite concerning as I just didn't know what I could do if I was still unable to log in! Definitely a down side to dealing with a company that does everything via the internet and email! 😞😞”
