Awful customer service. ordered on 1st July, not recieved so chased on 23rd yo be told to wait another 7 working days l. Was not happy with response so asked for more information, to be told they were actually out of stock and didn't know when they would get them back in, and told as I wasn't happy I would probably be best having a refund. Told them I wanted my plants and wanted a rough idea on time and asked why I had confirmation that delivery would be in 14 days if they were not even jn stock, they couldn't answer me they just ignored that question. and the fact that I was not happy with the level of customer service was simply 'passed on to the relevant department as feedback' They also appear to be deleting negative comments on their Facebook page and only leaving positive comments. Plenty of other plant retailers with far better service. I would avoid at all costs.

Disgusting quality plants . These were delivered in a terrible state have been offered a refund as second time this has happened but will not refund the postage . Will not use company again

absolute conmen .my mum (disabled btw)ordered a union jack Calibrachoa set of 2 baskets ,and 2 other petunia baskets .didnt arrive so spoke to them ...oh we have got many orders and are very busy so might be a week or 2 late as we have had tons of orders for the union jacks. another 2 weeks later the 2 sets of baskets turn up and all look the same? .spoke to them again saying one set should be red white and blue as in pic (i think this is why they call em union jack basket no?) no mention of petunia in description for this basket but thats what i got and is red purple and blue nothing at all like picture on website(all calibrocha) so asked for refund for 1 set .now theyve removed the union jack baskets and in an email theyve sent a totally different picture not what i ordered and said the order is correct as they look like picture ???.BTW ordered 2 different sets off baskets but all look the same ??? also looks like someone had been playing football with them soil everywhere, some plants snapped damaged.never use this company again utter trash they will take your money and run!!! my mum is so dissapointed

Shocking customer service. Contacted YouGarden 3 times by email and twice by letter, including one to the managing director and have not received one reply. Very disappointed with plants received. I Would not recommend this company.

Absolutely awful company. Order lemon and orange tree for my daughter's birthday which they said would be delivered within 14 days. Upon contacting them after 15 days was told the items were out of stock and they didn't know when they would be having more. They did not even have the courtesy to e-mail me about this. Appalling company and service.

if i was face to face with you i would tell you where to shove your hanging baskets . this is the 2nd one we have received and it looks like a bunch of weeds. the so called plants couldn't have cost more than a few pence yet you charged me £24.99 (and that wasn't even for the one i ordered) you are just a rip off merchant. you should be ashamed to sell rubbish like this. i have now unsubscribed from your emails as i don't want any more of your rubbish.

Use this company at your peril customers service is a two fingers in your face and the rather patronizing lady on the phone was no entertaining any complaint i am guess they had taken the money end of story i had Purchased a lemon tree in April the plant has always struggled despite following growing instructions exactly from the RHS website. last throw of the dice was to repot the plant that's when i discovered the root ball had two roots of around three inches in size this plant was clearly of shocking poor quality stock that it was clear at £26.99 i was provided with an extremely poor product i had been scammed by your company .YOURGARDEN REFUSED TO EXCHANGE IT THEY EVEN REFUSED TO EXAMINE IT AFTER I OFFERED TO BRING THE PLANT IN FOR EXAMINATION !( i live very close to Peterbourgh) my advice is rather then buy from this company put your money into compost at least you get something back!! i have posted this inspite of my embarrassment of being scammed to protect other people

Bought a dual apple tree, only one type on tree, I ask for a refund, I was told I could have refund if I bought something else and paid postage.

Two excellent bougainvillea delivered and well packaged. Plants look healthy. Would have been 5 stars but it took an extended time to be delivered (longer than 14 days) following order, but once finally shipped was quick

Ordered a standard magnolia and a bush magnolia . Received what looked like 2 sticks . Planted very carefully but look very dead even after a few months . Complained and sent a photo , received a replacement , another lifeless stick . Stick to a garden centre

I bought a plant from them, followed instructions with regards to planting and care, but sadly it died. I called customer service and they said send them a picture as all their plants have a replacement guarantee. I did as instructed, called CS to find out how much postage I would need to pay for the replacement, and was told the didn’t have a guarantee after all even tho I received an email saying it did. Since then I’ve tried many times to speak to someone, I’ve sent emails, but they are now ignoring me. I’m shocked and saddened by this lack of respect for not only their customers but the plants they sell. customer service was shocking as well.

Absolutely terrible company. I bought lilies in January most of which did not grow the remaining ones were very small (for skyscraper lilies) with only one or two buds. You Garden refuse to refund and will only give me a replacement if I pay the postage again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This is a scam company do not buy anything from them. After over a month waiting and calling customer services many times they finally delivered dead plants. They told me they were out for delivery for over a week hence dead when they were finally delivered. To add insult I have found out my calls to customer services cost me £22 and the number I dialled is not the number registered on my bill but it is their number they disguised or transferred to a premium rate. This I think is their scam and how they make their money!

Disgusting so called service , bought a " Captain Tom Moore Rose",it came as a bare root so did al the right things , Soaked it for couple of hours then planted . Absolutely nothing . contacted them they asked for photos which I sent then said they would send another but it was out of stock at the moment and I would have to pay P&P which was almost half the price of the rose . when I said totally unfair to have to pay again they said it was because it was over 30 days since I ordered it . Will never order from this terrible company again . The worst customer service ever .

Very bad service. They advert for different item (bulb plants dhalias )and sent different seeds plants. Once i received,they are awful ,most of them are dead and other broken to roots. Contracted them is another hassels. Simply said they are fine even after sending them several photos.(OR 9179237 ) Do not waste your money ordering through yougarden.

Everything wrong ordered 5 plants over £60 nearly 5 weeks later received 2 very poor specimens of hydrangeas that should not have been sent to customer at all - refund will take 14 days. Told today Fuchsia pyramids not available after 5 week wait will refund another 14 days to wait. One remaining plant on its way will see what state that ‘s in even if that is refunded I still have to pay £6.99 delivery and may have no plants!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY'RE APPALLING

I purchased 10 lili landini bulbs and planted using their professional compost which i purchased from them and only 2 bulbs have sprouted. I contacted them today and was told that they would replace them free of charge but i had to pay P & P. I disagree with this as obviously the plants were not viable and felt it unfair that i should pay P & P again, I explained this in my 2nd email and was promply told sorry but as it has passed 30 days you are not entitled to a refund or replacement. Left hand dont know what right hands doing. They asked me to send them a photo of the empty container that had 5 bulbs planted in them.....why theres nothing to see. Lili Landini takes 45 days from planting to begin growning so the 30 days is a waste of time. I have purchased a lot of plants from them and joined their club but as sure as god made little green apples i will not be purchasing anything else from them nor will i recommend them to anyone. Their professional compost is not very professional either but i suppose i should not expect professionalism after their customer service is so poor.

I ordered 2 date palms, buy one and get one free. The brochure stated "mature specimen plants of 70-80cms/3 foot". These came at half the size stated and certainly not mature. And certainly would not enhance any patio! A cane came with each one and I cannot see any reason why...but it is 3 foot..did this company really include the cane in the measurements?? Surely not! I sent a completed form to this Company but the 24hr response does not function. I cannot say I am surprised considering the amount of unhappy customers. Very disappointing and a waste of £27. I will stick to my local garden centre in future.

Very disappointed with this company. Ordered some potatoes plant’s and zero growth.Got In touch with the company and they said you have only 30 days to complain. But it takes 12 weeks plus too see if they grow. And basically saying no refund. Not a happy customer.
