NOT EVEN 1 STAR Ordered 4 plants 13 Apr 21, paid in full, rang after 14 days as was stipulated on purchase email, to be told it was 14 working days. Rang again over a period of 6 weeks a further approx 4-5 times, customer services were not interested, asked to complain was told, they would only say the same thing, told differing stories as to when plants would be available, tried twice for a split order (as three plants were in stock) told that was the nurseries decision?? So finally i read the reviews, OMG, rang back and cancelled the order, was then to it could take up to 30 DAYS for refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a joke of a company, i will never buy here again.

Absolutely disgusted with this company my mother purchased 2 plants when they came they were the wrong colour as it said on the label. Also the plants if you can call them that were two twigs I have contacted customer service a few times via phones calls and email they keep saying they have passed the complaints to a manager this has been going on now with no response since 18th April. I would not even give them 1 star but it’s the only way you can write a review. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have waited over 6 weeks for my order on 1 of the the plants there 4 leaves the second one isn’t much better I could have purchased in a supermarket cheaper. I have purchased from you garden in the past but I wouldn’t do it again

Bulbs of supposedly high quality came to nothing even though the planting instructions were followed to the letter. You garden said that they were not in the ‘category’ to qualify for replacement because they didn’t hold the ‘snowflake’ symbol! What a get-out after spending a great deal. Poor customer relation towards a long-standing customer I feel

When purchasing anything the least you can expect is good product/s and good service. Some companies go beyond good and the overall experience therefore is excellent. However You Garden must be thee worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If you have any thought as to using You Garden please save your sanity and think again, count to ten. Order placed, money taken, order acknowledgement received some 4 hours later, all good. 2 weeks later no sign of goods, tried to phone, left ringing for 1 hour & 10 minutes, no answer. Sent e-mail, reply in 5 days, “…very busy, sorry…..not received in 7 days contact us again…” 3 weeks after my monies have been taken tried phoning again, again left hanging for over an hour, no answer. E-mailed, reply in 3 days “….waiting on stock which is coming in tomorrow….” At last I thought perhaps we’re getting somewhere, but another 7 days go by, this is now 4 weeks after the order has been placed and 4 weeks after they have taken my money and still nothing. I am sure if the products are in ACTUAL stock, then fine, no problems, but when they advertise them as being in stock and they aren’t then problems start, and mount. They refuse to partial ship, this of course could mean that when the product/s they are waiting for come into stock then those products that were in stock might very well go out of stock.

To open an account I had to phone (what turned out to be a premium rate phone line) and was kept on hold for an unnecessary length of time whilst the CS agent kept checking and rechecking the same info. I placed a large order and had no processing emails for over 3 weeks...even though the money had been taken from my bank account. Part of the order arrived after 3 1/2 weeks, and the rest arrived the following day. So a totally unnecessary wait if goods were being despatched in separate parcels anyway! Plants are half dead, and honestly, quite pathetic. A delivery of trailing petunias arrived....tiny plug cells containing plants which are about 1 inch high....and frankly....absolutely useless! They should be near to flowering size. Strawberry plants were offered on a BOGOF basis by entering a leaflet code. Company has only sent me 6 plants (not 12). Luckily I paid via paypal so if they do not resolve the missing plants issue atleast I can open a paypal dispute for a refund. To contact YOU GARDEN has so far cost me over £7. I have now complained by email but as yet, have had no reply.....other than an auto response which says they will respond within 7 working days, and not to chase them in the mean time as they are....to quote them.... 'extremely busy right now'. Maybe this company should learn how to pack and despatch goods carefully, and send entire orders out that have been paid for weeks before hand! AWFUL Company that just inundate you with marketing after you have shopped with them. Best advice....shop at your local garden centre.

Order submitted end March and recorded on their site as awaiting despatch 5/4. Have just had a mail to say it’s on it’s way, 18/5, after several pleading emails. No apology or recognition of delay. Some of the other plants this year have either died almost immediately or are not really developing

Order placed April 30 arrived May 20. No communication, explanation whatsoever. Difficult to get through on phone but eventually did, at my cost. The only emails I received were advertising more plants to purchase. Arrived today well packaged but some plants very mean, not like you advertise making it very expensive. Apple tree too stick like. In future I’m sticking with garden centres.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I received a broken tree that had its branches deliberately snapped to fit in a tiny box!? Which is now dead...it was a wedding anniversary gift!! This is so upsetting to see it broken and now dead. With its branches intact there was no way it would of fit into the shape of the tiny box it came in. You garden Ignore emails and delete complaints each day on thier Facebook page. Give me my money back!?😡 it's been almost two weeks with no reply. Disgusting service. Would not use again.

Plants this year were poor and did not really take off once potted on. As after 30days no refund was able to be offered. I also bought the 5 hosta collection and received all 5 of the same variety. When complained they said that as they were not hardy they are not covered under the guarantee!! Postage slow.

Despite being moderate in expectations of delivery given Covid, and the company promising goods with 2 weeks even with the pandemic, I have still not received anything 6 weeks later! There has been absolutely no customer support until being chased several times. I would urge any customer to approach this company with extreme caution.

Odered a number of plants, including (from the brochure page itself), 12 Busy Lizzies which should have been Buy 12 get12 free. However on arrival there was only 1 pack of 12 Busy Lizzies. I have a copy of the order placed, but they refuse to send the other pack of 12 unless I send them £6.99 postage, yet that was a definite brouchure price, buy one get one free. There appeared to be no special code to put in. Customer service very poor, arguing and arguing over 1 pack of plants, pathetic!. Incidentally 2 of the Buzzy Lizzies in the pack received were not viable. I would urge anyone considering using You Garden to think again. Cannot recommend them at all.

Awful company don't want to know once they have your money !! My mother spent online over £160 on plants. She ordered 60 trailing begonias as corms. Once they started to grow she put them in her hanging baskets. When they grew some more she realised that 10 were not trailing and 8 didn't grow. She tried phoning and was on hold for 1 hr and 20 minutes so she gave up. She has sent numerous emails and someone finally phoned her up and said as it was past 30 days they couldn't do anything. She was so rude on the phone and obviously doesn't know anything about plants as these take 12 to 14weeks to grow. I phoned them on the number you pay for which was answered straight away!! I explained what had happened and we had contacted Citizens advice and knew our rights and I was told a manager would call me back ,but a week later I'm still waiting. I intend phoning them tomorrow again and saying we are taking advice from Trading Standards now and we will take action to claim for the plants plus compensation. This is a company who has NO after care and some very rude customer services

very poor plants for the cost i sent a photo of them and one of a full sized one in flower i bought locally they didnt agree they were poor plants !!! when i asked for a refund I had to pack up and sent back the poor plants still waiting for a refund they have lost a customer !

' Scammers! Stay AWAY ' Do NOT fall for positive reviews as they cannot be genuine. Read all negative reviews and you can see how dissapointed people are with them and theres no way you even get your money back from them. The worst company I have ever ordered plants online from. They charged for Jumbo plug lavender and sent me tiny smallest version of plugs. All raspberry canes are super dry and dead. Blueberry rootball is having some kind of disease and all browned and probably water clogged. I have contacted them more than 10 times and never bothered to reply me yet. Also the delivery was delayed 2 weeks and it took nearly a month for me to receive my plants. So I am behind my gardening project for this summer + now I have to buy bigger plants grom elsewhere spending more money! As no time left for plug plants. I definitely do not recommend this company. I absolutely wasted my money and time for nothing. Since they had advertised in Gardeners World magazine every week I thought it’s a genuine company but unfortunately I was very wrong! Really wish I read online reviews before order from them. The WORST ever I have experienced!! Don’t get caught, they will rip you off and go silence. Now I am going through disputing process with the bank and hope I get my money back at least.

Not even worth one star! Paid for items that have not arrived. Tried 3 different phone numbers and recorded message on all that they cannot take calls. No meaningful response to emails so posted on their FB page asking for a refund and message was removed

Do not waste your time and money using this company. I placed an order, got fed up of waiting and asked for it to be cancelled and refunded. They held back a delivery charge of £6.99 despite the fact I had not received a single item and now do not reply to email. Use your local garden centre at least you can see what you are buying and take it away with you. NO STARS is still too good a rating.

I bought two fuchsia trees I bought two fuchsia trees on the deal. For a neighbour who is a 80-year-old woman who. She was isolating through Covid and needed her garden done. Unfortunately the trees hasn’t shown any green or any blooming. I’ve contacted you garden customer service. And refused to help in anyway no goodwill Help. The customer service is point-blank blunt and rude. I have never experienced service like this there is other companies like Thompson and Morgan and gardening express that will go out the way and help. I am really really disappointed of this company and I will never recommend it to anyone. It also just rings alarm bells on why did they change the name. They’re just going to damage this one as the services twice as bad and it just keeps you thinking of (Did they change their name because of the bad customer service and reputation they have).
