“So I saw tons of YouTube videos of girls buying super cute bikinis from Zaful, and decided to try them out myself. I ordered three of them. Took awhile for them to arrive, but when they came I was surprised to find the material actually quite nice, and they were just as cute as the pictures. However, not a single one out of three fit me. I have a large chest for my frame (32DDD) and a pretty small bum, so I opted for medium. Tops were way too small and I was swimming in the bottoms. Zaful is a gamble with sizing, and unfortunately I feel won’t fit everyone :(. I ended up giving all of the bikinis away.”

“Honestly, it’s what you’d expect for the price. My experience hasn’t been terrible, also hasn’t been great. I’ve gotten about 15 different items from them through the course of 3 or 4 orders and I’ve had mixed luck. Bathing suits tend to be really cute and of pretty decent material but run very small (especially the tops). Other clothing such as skirts and pants tends to be of pretty crappy material and fitting is hit or miss, but again, what you’d expect for 10 bucks. Occasionally you do get one thing that looks and fits great. Lingerie is really cute and really cheap...also really cheaply made. For the purposes of lingerie I don’t really mind if it’s not the most durable thing in the world, as I am not the type of person to drop $100 on something only one person will ever see me in, so I am pretty satisfied with these purchases. Customer service has been okay for me. Most orders shipped quickly. One time a single item in my order which was shipped separately didn’t make it and was returned to them, and customer service offered me either a partial refund or to resend it but I’d have to pay for full shipping again. This was irritating. Since it was probably their mistake the package didn’t make it I’d expect them to send it back to me for free or fully refund me. Also, communication was quite slow and it took over a week of back and forth of what seemed like a half-human-written half-automated messages to resolve the issue. But alas, once again, you get what you pay for. In summary, this is a solidly average company. If something really catches your eye, it’s worth a shot. It might just be made decently and fit you right. Or, worst case, it might never make it or be really crappy, in which case you’ll be out 20 bucks. P.s.: I do have a suspicion that they might alter reviews— I’ve definitely posted 3 or 4 star reviews and seen them pop up as 5. It might have just been a glitch... but that seems convenient. They also screen reviews for admin “approval” which I have a feeling might actually mean “filtering out all the 1 and 2 star reviews,” as these are suspiciously rare on the site. This annoys me and makes me a little reticent to continue supporting them. However, the community does post a lot of photo reviews which help you get an idea of what the real thing will look like. So if you do decide to get something, I recommend primarily referencing those.”

“The fluffy jacket I got was not pictured/shown as it seemed. It was too short. The shipping also took a SUPER SUPER LONG TIME. It took like 2 weeks! And standard shipping is 6-8 days but it took 2 WEEKS OR MORE!!! I like the clothes though. Just always make sure to read the reviews.”

“Clothing quality is great and true to size however the fact that it takes them several days to get the order processed and then several weeks before it appears on your doorstep is enough to never order from them again. You'll have your order next month!”

“Nice clothing for decent prices.. Okay quality to really nice quality.. Worth it.. Legit.. BUT I feel like they’re ALWAYS out of stock on everything. Like 8/10 items would be out of stock from a wish list. Only downfall..”

“Worst on line clothing company....impossible To return what you order so don’t!!! They make you jump through so many hoops to try and return and never clearly say that if you do the ridiculous steps they want , they will Then decide how to proceed....not return your money!!!! SCAM stay away!”

“It was my first time on Zaful. I had a bad experience with Zaful, I ordered my clothes already in January 2021 and still have not received it. At this point, I don't think I will ever receive my clothes, or my money back. Disappointed.”

“Took over a month plus lots of online and phone enquiries for it to arrive. Was a lovely cotton shirt but was so disappointing was not size L but more medium or small even. After so much stress will not buy again lost my money as no way will send back just to go thru more stress and waiting again.”

“I never received my order, customer support kept giving me the run around saying it was shipped to the post office, but later found out it got returned to them.. and they couldn’t even refund me the full price I paid or re-send my products... BS 🤬”

“Items are actually better made than you would think. Fabric isn't awful, however stitching and sizing is varied. I ordered 5 bathing suits and maybe 2 are wearable in terms of real functionality. A lot of their clothes are "instagram-able" as in good for pictures and nothing else. The bikinis I ordered had a ton of sizing issues. I am normally a size XS/S, average height and usually can wear S and M without issues. The suits I ordered from zaful size Medium all had amazing reviews but upon trying on some of the suits had extremely small tops, no adjustable options, were not the cut described (i.e. super low waisted when they were labeled as high waisted) or see through. A couple sets the bottoms seemed stretched out and loose and tops on the other hand were child sized. Can definitely not rely on them at the beach or moving around but might be ok for tanning. Can't return anything so for the amount I spent on 5 suits, I could have gotten one or 2 higher quality suits that I would actually wear and would be flattering. Oh also I never received the 5th suit. Still waiting on shipment 3 weeks later...”

“I ordered a swimsuit for my best friend for her birthday on April 20th. It is now June 2 plus her birthday was May 31st and I haven’t even got a shipping email yet or an email that will let me know that the swimsuit won’t ship. I’m really upset about this. I love all the clothes and everything but the shipping is terrible.”

“ordered it april 21st said it was shipped the 22nd. i received it in the mail may 29th. the tracking information is all wrong because it still says it’s in transit. the material is extremely nice though and it looks just like the picture. won’t be buying from here again”

“I absolutely love the products. I have ordered from zaful multiple times and I am satisfied every time but this time has completely changed my experience. I ordered 3 bathing suits at the beginning of April and my order was sent April 6th It took forever for me to receive 1 item but here it is today May 31st and I have yet to receive my other 2 bathing suits. I will never order from here again.”

“my first time ordering from zaful was about 8 months ago and i got my order within 2 weeks, which is pretty fast considering where i live. However, this year as a birthday gift i got to order $200 worth of clothes on March 22 2020. Today is May 27, 2020 and my order has still not arrived. The stress is settling in because my family and I are moving away from our current address in less than a month. I have contacted them multiple times, but it’s always just a bot. I even called and they said that my package was shipped, but i checked and my post office does not have it. Now, every time I call, no one answers no matter how hard I try. I’m not sure if it has to do with the pandemic, or if they’re just using covid-19 as an advantage to get more money, but i’m tired of constantly worrying about my shipment. DO NOT ORDER from Zaful during this time.”

“For whatever reason my order wanted me to pay 25 dollars to ship to the us ? That's outrageous and all customer service could tell me is that " the costs is based on place and other factors" . Seriously what other factors bring the shipping cost up that high.”

“When I ordered, it took 2 months for my box to arrive. I had literally forgotten that I had ordered from them, because it had been so long. Some of the clothes are cute/fit well, but others are extremely thin and terrible quality. I just ordered from them again, and I have a feeling that despite placing a $75 order, it'll yet again be a few months till I see the clothes I ordered.”

“This is my first time ordering from zaful and i still haven’t received a package. it shipped off on the 26 of april and i still haven’t received my order. I’ve seen another girls review and she said hers shipped off on the 29 and she got hers may 6 but i still haven’t got anything. My tracking number is still on shipping”

“ok, so i ordered a couple shirts and some earrings from zaful about two weeks ago, being easily fooled by the cute clothes and low prices. they are failing to provide me with my tracking info telling me it’s “not available”. i’m frustrated because i have no idea if they’re even ever going to show up. and this is just a really painful process of buying clothes. and looking at other reviews i can see how poorly this company is run. not recommended, there are way better places to find cute clothes that won’t waste your time.”
