i have ordered from them before and my items came pretty quick. however i have ordered more items about a month ago and still processing just like everyone else. if zaful can’t ship because of the coronavirus they should make that clear rather than letting us all order and just not receiving our orders.

I ordered on Feb. 11th and it took so long until my order was shipped, but the processing finally ended today! Not sure if I’ll receive it within 10-15 business days (for Canada), but I’m glad the processing thing is finally over lol don’t give up on your orders girls, everything is slowed down because of the virus 🦠!

I ordered 4 swimsuits at a very good price & selected the 4-6 day standard shipping which was free. These swimsuits were for a vacation that I was going to leave for 3 weeks from the day I ordered them so I assumed that would be plenty of time for them to arrive. I waited 2 weeks & it still hadn’t been sent out so I never got the swimsuits & requested a refund. If you want something in a timely manner DO NOT order from zaful. I tried to get my order expedited & they couldn’t even help me with that. Not impressed.

Took over 30 days to ship. Really like the prices and hope now that items shipped that everything fits and is good quality. Do like the price point.

I ordered on the 25th of January and almost a month later my order was STILL processing. I requested a refund using a ticket and they responded quickly and my order is now being refunded. I’m sad because I wanted the items that I ordered but I needed them for a certain event and now it’s too late.

I ordered 2 swimsuits from Zaful last year and received them within a week. So naturally, I thought that I could order them again and they would arrive in time. However, it has now been three weeks and my order still says processing. I contacted them and they said that it is delayed because of Chinese New Years. To top it off I recommended them to my friend and she ordered swimsuits from them around the same time as I did. She received a confirmation email and the money was taken out of her bank account. However, when she goes to track her order her account says “you cannot see orders from others accounts.” Absolutely ridiculous.

I’m honestly getting really frustrated with the customer service. I ordered a hoodie about 2 weeks ago that should have arrived a while ago but hasn’t, I’ve been checking the tracking info and it always just says “no tracking detail yet” I emailed them about this 2 days ago and never got a response. Don’t forget about the fact they asked me to turn on notifications so they could “notify me about my order” which I haven’t got a single notification about and have been repeatedly getting spammed with new discounts and items available instead. I’m getting ready to just request a refund. The reason I gave them 2 stars is because the prices are reasonable.

Quality of lingerie wasnt bad, one item was a little big but the worst part is I ordered my items all at once, all were in stock and I'm just now receiving an email saying my items have been shipped after I sent them an email asking where my items were. I ordered my items December 8th and it is now January 8th.

Do not trust them about their shopping date. Mine said it is gonna come in a week, but it came after a whole month. The hoodie quality I ordered was poor

I ordered Christmas gifts for my boyfriend around Black Friday time. I never had any tracking details for one of his hoodies I bought for him, so I contacted customer service several times. I was charged for it, but apparently it was out of stock? Why not update the website and NOT charge customers for out of stock items? Who knows, but I was informed the hoodie would be restocked on December 21st and was given the impression that I would still receive the product when it restocked. I contacted again because I still saw no shipping details and my credit card was charged. Thank goodness this agent (live chat) was the most helpful and let me know they weren’t planning to ship it to me so I was getting a refund. Even if I still wanted this, I would have to pay a higher price since I had more savings around Black Friday. I will not be ordering from Zaful again. I recommend SHEIN to anyone looking for a similar, more reliable and more affordable website. I’ve used them several times with no issues.

It’s been almost over a week since I ordered. (I know it takes time to ship) but my USPS tracking number wasn’t working and I been trying to get in contact with them for 4 days now. . . Still no contact back. I’m very frustrated and annoyed. ZAFUL! Do better.

Zaful claims to have free returns but will not reimburse you for the shipping cost of a return. This is because they hope that it scares you to not return your items and to suck it up and keep it. They are also incredibly slow to accept returns, but expect you to ship it out within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

This company is terrible. AVOID! I purchased x2 pairs of bottoms which firstly looked nothing like the pictures used by Zaful & secondly the sized are far too small (I ordered 3xl for a baggy look, but these just about fit more like a large instead) Alarm bells started ringing when I realised there was no invoice included I'm the parcel. I visited their website to obtain a refund, and upon following their refund link it asks you to fill out a form to get your 'ticket' for a customer service agent to contact you with a return address (weird in itself) but when you click the 'submit' button it comes up as 404 error. I tried about 7 times with the same result. This is when I conceded that this is indeed a scam company and have since had to contact my bank to get my money back. Again, AVOID!!

Zaful has poor customer service practice. As soon as you send them your money, they could care less about whether you get your package on time or at all. I'm usually very patient with online clothing companies but they made me wait weeks and weeks before they decided to only give me a partial refund for an order to never received. I tried to work with them and explain the problem but they did not care that their product never reached it's destination. EXTREMELY DISAPOINTING.
