The rest was out of stock and I waited 2 month for them to send 1 and the other they told me they had a restock but they forget to ship one for me and it is again out of stock and they refunded me half of the price. “I live in the United States. So yes - my packages always take forever. However, you can’t beat a $10 bathing suit or 8$ lingerie set.
I have made the mistake of ordering with the mindset of an Amazon shopper, expecting my items before leaving for vacation and not receiving them until I had actually returned. However, although they offered the option for me to send the items back for a refund, I declined because I loved the pieces I’d received. If you order knowing it could take a month or longer to receive, It’s a great site.
I think it’s important to consider things are going to take longer than normal right now. The warehouse is in Hong Kong ... And I’m sure you’ve heard - we’re in the middle of a pandemic. So, obviously things are going to take longer to prepare to ship and then get past customs.
I have an order in process right now that I’ve received partial shipment for, but am unable to track the other half. I have been working with customer service to resolve and they have been extremely responsive. The best way to get a quick response is to create “a ticket”, under customer service and provide your order number. They are quick to reply and very helpful.
You also have the option to click “reminder” when you go in to view your order, which seems to help speed up the initial preparing of the shipment.
In the end - you get what you pay for. Long wait times is a small compromise in comparison to the price tag (for better than expected quality) and original pieces. If you want something same day or next day, go to amazon or see if Nordstrom has curbside pick up.
And one more thing, be nice.”
“I've never written a review before but I feel like I have to warn others about this terrible company.
After reading promising reviews online, I thought I would try out Zaful. I ordered 3 items which came to £40.
After waiting 3 and a half weeks, my order finally arrived and I was thoroughly disappointed with what I recieved. I have shopped at many budget stores before, and let me tell you I have never come across such poorly made clothing before.
The material used is PAPER THIN, creased all over and as a result sits terribly on the body. All 3 of the garments were covered in loose threads. One of the items even ripped slightly when I attempted to put it on!?
I'm aware this is a budget store, but what they're selling is down right unacceptable. I feel like I've been scammed.
I've attempted to contact them regarding a refund but it's not looking likely (especially after reading some of the other comments on here).
Please, if moneys a bit tight and you're looking for something affordable AVOID THIS STORE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.”

“I placed an order the end of April, I ordered 6 swim suits. A week later I was having buyers remorse. So I contacted Zaful and asked to cancel my order and get a refund. After a few messages back and forth I’m happy to say I got my refund! I can’t comment on the quality of the swim suits or shipping. But I can say that I am very happy with their customer service.”

“I spent over $150 worth of clothing . And let me add I did not purchase anything that is not refundable (Is bathing suite etc..) only 4 of my items did not fit . I didn’t think it would be an issue for a simple refund on 4 items when I’m keeping EVERYTHING ELSE (again I spent $150) and when I asked for refund for just the 4 items I was told to keep the items and that they would refund me 30% back of the 4 items ..... I asked why ? There refund policy states “if you are not satisfied with the items received we can easily arrange an exchange or refund for you . We are here to help” Therefore I am very confused as to why I am not being refunded for the 4 items . So if I were to stupidly purchase again and something didn’t fit in just s.o.l ? Then why would I purchase again ? False policy represented = legal actions taken.”

“I absolutely hate this company. I’m so fed up. I spent $70 on swimsuits that took over a month to arrive. Once they got here they were all too small, and it said all of them were true to size. Should’ve known better! One still hasn’t even gotten here and it’s been a good two months. It’s absolutely ridiculous. If you want to wait half the year for swimsuits and have your money taken this is the place. Not to mention the customer service absolutely sucks. I can’t even return them because no one can give me a clear answer. It’s always “wait 24 hours for the support team to answer”!!! I really just wish I could get my money back. I will never shop from this company again. The cheap swimsuits are not worth it. They aren’t even good quality. Zaful with never receive business from me again.”
