“Ordered a jacket that was apparently out of stock. For a month I was advised to wait 24/48 hrs. Currently trying to get my refund with no luck. Having to contact my bank for a charge back. Extremely poor service with generic answers from the Web chat from the advisors who aren't particularly interested in helping.”
