Absolutely useless. I ordered an item in November for my daughters Christmas present, they said it WAS IN STOCK. When it didn't arrive I contacted them only to be told it was out of stock. A week later their progress section said it was awaiting picking but it still didn't arrive. I e mailed them again only to be told it is still out of stock, this is absolutely appalling. They are a bunch of liars, unprofessional and definitely not to be trusted.

I ordered a drawstring bag at no point did it suggest the item is either low in stock, out of stock or waiting for more stock before purchasing. It was for a present and I was diligently waiting for an email to confirm dispatch. They have charged me for the item quickly so I assumed nothing was wrong. I got worried though and checked to find the item was cancelled without any explanation via email or anything. Very Poor customer communication. I have now got to quickly find a plan b elsewhere and request a refund from Zavvi which I heard is truly very hard. If I don't get my refund, watchdog is where I'll go.

Bought a Xbox 1 game three weeks ago and yet still haven't received it, they have said they are trying to source one!!!! Why sell me one of you don't have one available, utter rubbish and will never ever buy from this site again. I just want my money back now!!!!!!

Zavvi in my opinion have started a business purely to go out of their way to be as useless as they possible can, why???? point of contact is through your account, Any issues are not dealt with, But instead you get a slow stream of bull, that is followed by an even slower reply of nonsense. Why set up a company to treat your customers like this ?? Why spend advertising money pretending you are the best?? I cannot understand why they are trading?? Is it just to p*** people off?? must be in my opinion

I made a online order from Zavvi.com and got completely ripped off. In November I ordered a set of dvds with took 14 days to arrive from the UK to USA that didn't work. Yet when I requested a return and refund they said I cannot because 14 days went by from the time of purchase. So if don't get your order before 14 days you cannot return it even if receive it yet and something is wrong with the product.

Zavvi's apparent modus operandi: 1. Show item at Black Friday price. 2. Take order at Black Friday price. 3. Fail to adequately stock item. 4. Arbitrarily cancel order citing BS about payment issues, despite payment clearly being ready for collection in PayPal queue. 5. Ensure cancellation occurs after all the Black Friday offers have been closed for several days, preventing repurchase. 6. Refuse to answer queries for several days. Will not use these clowns again.

I ordered a games console for my son's Christmas but noticed after ordering that it said it would send the item once it had stock. I asked their customer service team when it was likely that they would have stock and subsequently my order was cancelled. I then questioned why my order was cancelled as I had only queried when they may have stock and the response was just a confirmation that my item was cancelled. They have been completely useless. No point having low prices if you will never receive the item. Definitely would not recommend or use again! Steer clear of this site!

I ordered an Xbox One with two games for £279 on Thursday 26/11/2015 and received an email confirming my order. On Tuesday 01/12/2015 I tried to access my account but it had been closed. You cannot contact Zavvi unless you have an account.....so I recreated it and messaged Zavvi (they have no email address or phone number to contact 'customer services'). On Wednesday 02/12/2015 somebody called Adam messaged me and told me "unfortunately the order that you have made have ben cancelled.". There was no explanation as to why the order had been cancelled....when I went back into my Zavvi account the call had been closed, so I could not reply. The Xbox One was a Christmas present and to get no notification that my order had been cancelled was totally unprofessional. Game had the same offer for £10 more, I wish I had spent the extra £10 and used Game. The Black Friday deals is now not available at Game and this will cost me about £50 to get the same offer now!!  I had ordered a game from Zavvi a year ago and it took 2 month to turn up!! I should have known not to use Zavvi. I won't use Zavvi again and if I was you I would think long and hard about using Zavvi, if anything goes wrong there is no way of contacting Zavvi.

Ordered an xbox one bundle, company took money immediately but took three enquiries by myself and over a week for zavvi to admit they couldn't fulfill the order and will take over a week to refund my money. Useless company. Stay clear!

I pre-ordered an item in October before it was released as I knew it would sell out fast. The order number stated estimated despatch 20th November, after not receiving a dispatch email I contacted them to find out what was going on and was told that the item was out of stock and unlikely to come back in. The only option they gave me was to cancel! Totally unacceptable when pre-ordered a month in advance. Why was I not informedthat the item was out of stock until I contacted them?! Will not be using this company again.

I ordered speakers from Zavvi and they were guaranteed to be delvivered within a few days. I heard form the delivery company that they had received instructions to deliver. then i heard they hadnt received the parcel and so delivery would be delayed. Then I heard nothing. I contacted Zavvi 3 times and they kept putting me off asking me to wait and wait. They were just delaying the investigation even though the delivery company said they did not have the parcel. I did not have the parcel over a week later and they refused to process a refund till a further time period had passed. I am disgusted with their approach to me. Nothing better than an automated telephone message at the start of your call.

Ordered a dvd set that was advertised as a region code free item. Company shipped me a region code 2 item that is unusable outside the UK. Company is unwilling to admit any fault and their customer service sucks. Additionally they do not have a phone number to contact them by. I didn't read company reviews prior to ordering the item...An error that will not be repeated. Stay away from Zavvi.

Ordered an Xbox one as it was advertising in stock delivery usually within 24 hrs...well that was on the 19th Nov. getting concerned now, no record of my order on my account although I have a confirmation email of my order. Can't call anyone, no number. Written three emails, no reply? Xmas present for son...how can I cancel my order so that I can re-order with a trustworthy company. VERY POOR SERVICE! Non-existent customer helpline!

Frankly, this is the worst customer service reply I have ever received. I sent you a link to one of your products asking if VAT was included in the price and Gary Bailey sent me a pathetic reply which made no sense. As there is no working phone number I will not be buying this product from you. Therefore you have forfeited a sale of £139 and a great deal of good will.

Up Date Contacted Citizens Advise concerning cancellation of PS4 BUNDLE and return of items received from Zavvi at their expensive rather than mine. Citizens Advise advised me that Zavvi is in breach of contract and that I do not have to pay to return goods as they only supplied part of my order. I ordered a PS4 which was meant to come with Assassins Creed Syndicate, Nathan Drake Collection and Play Station T.V. Nathan Drake and Play Station T.V was delivered and then Zavvi cancelled my order due to unavailability of stock. Disappointed and rather annoyed that the company did not have the decency to advise me that they were cancelling my order. I only discovered this when I checked my order on line to see if the PS4 had been dispatched. Needless to say I contacted Zavvi and requested that they send me a pre-paid label so that I could return the two items that they had delivered. I have now sent a total of 5 emails explaining that I feel that Zavvi should pay the postage to return these items as they cancelled my order and if they had of fulfilled said order I would not be returning anything. Zavvi refuse and insist I pay for goods to be collected or use royal mail. I do not think so. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with I only wish I had of read this review page before placing an order with this so called company.

Put stuff up for sale that was never in stock. Why do Amazon and eBay allow them to sell with such poor metrics? Smaller companies would have been suspended

I will never order from this company again. I ordered a one off Zbox from Zavvi to receive ONE zbox for ONE month. After i received the box i emailed them asking for clarification that i would not receive any more zbox's from them in the future. I received an email clarifying that i had no active subscriptions and would not receive anymore zbox's. However, the next month i received another box in the post and they had taken a payment from my bank account without my permission. I contacted them to request a return as i never ordered this box in the first place. This has been the most ridiculously difficult ordeal i've ever experienced with a company. They are trying everything in their power to avoid allowing me to return the item. They have not answered any of the queries in my emails and have sent me TWO wrong return labels. I went to the collect point AND the post office who wont accept the label as it is not scanable. Now the package will be overdue the return date. I am giving up trying to contact them as they dont have a telephone number and i keep getting generic responses via email. I am contacting trading standards in the moring as this company has conned me out of money. Do not waste your time with this company. Not worth it.
