“I ordered four reams of printer paper. I called customer support before placing my order because I wanted to know if there was a way to receive paper from them without it being damaged. Based on my phone conversation, I placed my order. The delivery was timely, but nothing was done inside the box to provide protection to the reams of paper, thus two of the four reams were damaged. 50 percent is not good in this case. Two of the reams were laying flat and they were just fine. The remaining two reams were on their side and they were both busted and the corners were damaged. As I stated, nothing was done to prevent this damage from occurring. Zerbee did not make a good first impression.”
