“Kids love the trampoline and it is very safe. Ours also flew across the yard with a high wind storm and their service was outstanding. Jenna did a great job and was very responsive. We had to replace half of the metal frame and the safety net which still was relatively cheap. Thanks for everything!”

“Ordering a new net from the site because our kids and weather destroyed the old one. Customer service was great! Jasmine is a rock star! Sidenote: When paying, it seems sketchy because they ask to pay via paypal. Not the best route for a business payment, but, stick with it, because your goods will come in any event. Thanks!”

“We got the 12 feet trampoline for our son and it was easy to put up. It is well-built and sturdy which was important to us because our son loves to jump. He spends a lot of time on it. Also, it does not budge with all the wind storms we have. Had to replace the net and so I messaged their customer service and spoke to Pearl. She was helpful and provided excellent support. I like that they stand behind their products and replaced the net at no cost to us. Not only do they have an excellent product but they also have excellent customer service. I will recommend their trampoline to anyone looking for a good quality product.”

“We bought the 15' round trampoline in 2015 when our kids were 5 and 7 years old. The trampoline is really like an investment, the kids still use it! We have replaced the safety net, spring cover, and mat over the years, but I'm happy to pay for upkeep since the trampoline gets so much use and encourages exercise outdoors. Recently, one part of the frame broke. I contacted Zupapa, and because they guarantee the frame for 10 years, they sent me a free replacement part. Customer service was very helpful. I love that Zupapa stands behind their product. I would recommend purchasing a trampoline from Zupapa. It is a quality product.”

“I’ve had my 40” rebounder for several years and still like the smooth action the bungee cords provide. Several of the bungee cords have broken over the years due to rubbing against the bolts on the frame. When I reached out to customer support they promptly sent replacements free of charge.”

“We have had a Zupapa 15' trampoline for about 5 years. Though the product has been great and met expectations, this review is mostly for the customer service which is AMAZING. We live in a really windy area and have had to replace bent poles several times. They have always either sent us new ones for free or for a very minimal cost (basically shipping cost) and very promptly. We highly recommend buying from Zupapa!”

“Ordering: did ALOT of research on trampolines and this brand seemed to have the most reviews and most at higher rankings which gave me confidence. I was also looking for one that supported most weight capacity (we have multiple kids). What I really noticed however was how many reviews commented on the great customer service, and that is what ultimately made me go with this brand over others I was looking at. I would agree, so far customer service has been prompt, personable (not robotic) and helpful. Worth it!”

“I purchased a trampoline a few weeks back. I am still waiting on 1 of the 3 shipments. I've contacted customer support multiple times and wait days for someone in China to respond. They told me that they sent out the additional missing box and provided me with a tracking number. The tracking has shown for a week that a label was created with Fed Ex. I would NEVER recommend this product to someone else based on the poor customer service. There is not a phone number to reach an agent. You can only email with China and wait days for a response. Still waiting on the third box....”

“I have three kids who love the trampoline. They were able to bend the poles, so I contacted Zupapa and worked with Jenna, who provided me new poles free of charge and stayed in contact with me the entire process. Highly recommend!”

“I bought my trampoline second hand from a neighbor. I recently needed some poles replaced that were bent. Customer service could not have been more efficient with communication and timing. Everything arrived quickly and they did a great job ensuring I received the correct pieces. Thank you!”

“I've had this trampoline for 7 years, needed a new spring. Mike helped me figure out what model I needed and got the springs sent out quickly. It's a good trampoline, and Mike has been excellent with regard to communication and customer service.”
