“I was expecting less from 1-800-Battery than I got. First, they took all my information and said they would send someone within a half hour. Second, not only did the workers show up, but they sent me a text to give me the workers' names, but they showed up within ten minutes of that time. They did a fantastic job of changing out my battery, but they also cleaned any corrosion that was in the area. I'd be happy to call them the next time I need a battery replaced.”

“Battery replaced in 2.5 hours which I thought was very good. Technologist Ryan K. was very nice and did a great job. A great service when you are unexpectinly stranded.”

“The battery that they installed was dead, car would not start the next day, had to Tow it to the garage where they tested the battery and it was negative. Not Înalt did we pay for the battery replacement with 1800battery but we also paid the tow truck to bring it to the garage. Requesting refund for both”

“Wow, Once again a truly fantastic service. Jeff is meticulous and knowledgeable and a true pleasure to watch as he quickly and carefully completes the mission at hand. A bonus for me is the test of the charging system at the end of the installation, assuring that I won't be calling again in a week because my battery isn't charging! I appreciate the quality of the product and 1-800-Battery's motivated effort to complete this service on the same day that I booked it. You have reinforced my decision to go with your service. I would strongly recommend you to any and all!”

“My call was amswereed promptly by a REAL person. Liked that a lot. I ws goimg to have them come out the next morning but the fellow said today was still possible. The installer made it just in time within my waiting window. Loved the convenience.”

“This was the best service ever! I went on line at 11:30 am, there was sn appointment available at2pm-4pm...booked it. Had several update messages, technician arrived about 3, with the battery installed it and by 3:30 my new battery was installed...GREAT SERVICE!”

“My scheduled delivery was 10-12noon. The service tech arrived at 12:04! The guy was very nice and indicated that he came from Indiana. I could have ran errands in stead of waiting two hours looking at the window. It would be nice if you could have your staff call the client when they are approximately 20-30 minutes away so the clients can be more productive with their time! Thank you!”

“Our Technician arrived late, but we had been informed about that. No problem. Paul worked diligently and effectively, and completed his task in the time he quoted. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and we were so pleased with the outcome we gave him a couple of fresh baked Christmas cookies for the road! Thanks Paul!
