“First guy couldn't do it but the second guy did. Glad I got it fixed . But I lost 8 hrs of my day since the first guy was lost and didn't even know were my battery is.”

“The technician was great. Overall, though, for the price it was not a great experience. The windows of time you book are treated loosely... If you ask for 8 to 10am , it really means 10-12. Support was responsive and the technician was friendly, but it's not like any other delivery service where they communicate proactively about your delivery. You end up having to call them 15 minutes before the delivery window is about to end to get an update. The price is very high for this sort of lackluster experience.”

“This is my 4th time using your service and battery products. Each time has been great and always can rely on fantastic customer service. From my first call with Joe to the follow up call after and all the way to the service technician that came to my house to replace the car battery were all exceptional! Kudos to your company for still providing excellent customer service along with the products! I will never use another service for my automobile batteries other than 1-800-Battery. Hard to find help in these days without costing an arm and newborn! You guys have proven and shown otherwise. Thank you from a loyal and long life customer!”

“I would have given 1-800 Battery 5 stars except that the technician was nearly 30 minutes late. Otherwise she was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and thorough and made sure everything was in working order before she left. yes, you pay a little bit more for the service, but how convenient! When you car battery dies, you are stuck, so this took the hassle out of that whole nightmare. I would definitely recommend!”

“I elected to go through this company as I really needed someone to install my battery. Wen through the process and when the battery arrived I reached out about scheduling my install. I was advised then that I had only purchased the battery. Everything through the process says the price includes delivery and installation, even their FAQ's. Apparently my area doesn't have a tech for install. So I ask about returning the battery...now I have to drive to their location between their hours of 8-5p, which happen to be my hours so I'll have to take time off of work to return it. Just be aware of what you are buying and getting. It's not a convenient process.”

“This was my first time using 1800Battery for services. My experience was a phenomenal one. They provided reliable and quick service. Our technician Roy Baez was very knowledgeable of his duties and engaged with us as if he had known us all his life. It was a pleasure meeting him, and I’d recommend this company to anyone. “The technician, Eric, showed up on time and was very nice. He was obviously knowledgable about more than just batteries, but cars in general. There were some things he had to work around to fix, like a stripped bolt, loose wiring, etc. but did so with a great level of knowledge and ingenuity to make everything fit and work properly. In the end, the car started the first time and the stats on the battery and alternator were right on. I was very impressed and enjoyed talking with Eric the whole time while he explained things to me so I could understand it a little better myself. Great job Eric! Thank you!”
