“We were so pleased with the exceptional service we received. It was so very helpful to have someone come to replace our car battery at our home. The technician was so pleasant and professional and did an excellent job. Also, the short period of time we had to wait for service was terrific--(one hour) and he was here to our aid! So happy with our first 1 800 Battery service!!!”

“The only positive thing i can say is that the correct battery was delivered. I would've been much, much better off installing the battery myself. I did end up helping and spending one an hour with installer.”

“Such an easy process of selecting what I needed online, making sure that same day service was available and then waiting for service. Antwan didn't mess around, he picked up the battery I ordered, drove to my house and expertly changed out my battery. Well worth the money!!!”

“When was placed and credit card info given, was approved. When went to website to check my order, I received a google message advising me your site had been hacked and hackers were trying to get my info(credit info) I called my bank(wells fargo) to cancel payment to your company and they immediately canceled my card. The reason:(possible fraud). All was done the date of online purchase( 1/8/25). Also, on your order confirmation, there was no phone number I could call, just email addresses.”
