“I was confirmed for an appointment for 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. to put a new battery in my car and the mechanic did not show up until 1:30 p.m. I was really disappointed with entire process”

“Amazing customer service. They called me when i ordered the wrong battery and made sure I got the correct one delivered to me. The technician was amazingly in high spirits even when he found out how difficult the task would be to change the battery for my car. We joked and laughed about it and at the end it was all fixed. Thanks again I would highly recommend.”

“I ordered the battery that their website indicated for my wife’s car and scheduled it to be installed next day. While waiting for the appointment to be fulfilled, I was told that the battery their website indicated was incorrect and that the proper one was over 100 dollars more. To make matters worse, after the installation, my wife’s car has several non-working accessories. I have asked for resolution more than once, but they will not return calls. I would stay away from this outfit.”

“Great service. Kyle who was my technician came to my home because my car was dead in the garage. Not only did he replace my battery but used a device to keep all the memory in my car. Kyle was very pleasant and professional!”

“I wasn’t pleased with the service. The battery was ok but the person who changed it left loose pieces, didn’t put all the screws back, and besides that he stole a windshield sunshade that I had in my van.”

“My car battery died and instead of paying to have the car towed, I decided to have someone come to the house and change out the new battery right there in my driveway. It took a couple of days due to a shipping delay but the technician showed up at the promised time and changed the battery within a few minutes. The car started ad he was on his way. Great service.”
