“Ordered my battery. Tech came out and had an issue. It was resolved in a timely manner. He worked on the car in below zero weather. Car started right up.”

“I’m 76 years young and my battery went dead and the temperature outside is at 17 deg. So I found 1-800-Battery on line and order a battery for my car with installation. They came with my battery and installed the same day. Thank you 1-800-battery”

“8-11am window turned into a 4:50pm arrival time but it was a very cold day. It would of been nice to of been updated. I wasn't even sure they were coming. Once arrived work was done quickly.”

“I called to set up an appointment at 2:45 pm, expecting to have to wait for days for service; there was an opening for 3:00 pm on the same day, which I booked. They called within 10 minutes to tell me the technician had been dispatched. My battery was installed before 5:00 pm. I think the price was fair and the customer service was excellent.”

“The customer service person on the phone (I wish I knew his name!) was very helpful! He checked to see if the warranty was still good on my previous battery and even helped me out with a coupon! I had Ray Gillie come to my house to test and replace my battery. He was very friendly and respectful. He arrived on time or early and did a great job! I appreciate that he was able to come out the same day. I went out to get in my car to go to work and my car was completely dead! 1-800-Battery really did come to my rescue! :)”

“Ordered my battery to be installed Sunday 19, 2025 around 7:37pm. Monday by around 2:24 pm. the installer Steven Torres had the new battery installed and our Lincoln MKC back running again as new. And all that under the most bitter cold we have had in Wisconsin this winter. And I mean cold as in bellow zero. I highly recommend this Company.”

“Representative was very professional and kind, I felt bad make ng them come out with how cold it was, this service saved us time and money compared to a tow to a dealer and battery replacement there.. took about 5-6 hours from booking to fix but on a holiday and still same day, that's not a complaint, just noting for timeframe ideas. You get updates throughout too”

“The service was great, the technician came really fast brought the new battery and replaced. Very professional. The only thing was that the battery that they sent was not what I bought on the web site. Same characteristics, but not what they showed on the website and obviously not what I paid for.”
