“Would recommend this. If its a battery you need, don't waste time calling roadside assistance, then going to purchase a battery. Save a trip and have it brought to you!”

“It was truly wonderful having the battery delivered and installed on site. The two installers started with a planned 3:00 pm arrival time, changed to 6:00 pm and finally arrived at 8:00 pm. Battery was too small, Technicians returned to store and purchased a larger one. Installation was completed at 10.00pm. The arrival timing was confusing as it kept changing.”

“I had a great experience with 1-800-battery! They communicated with me, the technician was courteous and efficient. It cost me way less than it would have at my dealership AND the technician came to me and I didn't have to worry about getting my car towed or getting someone to come jump my car to get to the shop. Would recommend them to anyone and would use again!”

“Was skeptical at first... but it turns out, they were very professional and pulled right into my driveway to make the switch in a matter of minutes. I found their pricing to be fair considering you're not just paying for a new battery, but also the convenience of not having to go and make an appointment somewhere. This was a Sunday evening and I had work the next day... shops were not even willing to have me come in. 1800-Battery literally saved the day.”

“Excellent service, very convenient! I first ordered the wrong battery type for my car (flooded instead of AGM), and they helped me fix my order immediately. Then there was a mixup where the flooded battery ended up being installed, but they came out the next day with the AGM battery even though I had messed things up by ordering the wrong battery in the first place. The technician, Paul, was an absolute pro. I would definitely use this service again.”
