“The person who came was very impatient. He did not put the battery lids back together and was leaving with the car being started. He also took my battery with him without asking me. That battery was under warranty and we could have been compensated for that.”

“I am very pleased as you had the battery I needed for my Prius. Brenden was very helpful and friendly and did his work in no time. The convenience was super since I was on the road and needed help on sight and quickly. I can't thank you enough. Kudos to Brenden too!”

“Technician arrived 2-hrs from my call. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He had the ability to change my GMC 48 battery and quickly resolve the problem. One area of concern is that my quotation never mentioned anything about a mileage charge yet I was charged for 13mi from Lauderdale to Boca. $1.00 /per mile. This should be explained in the proposal.”

“Easy booking process. Even though the tech was not on time, the speed the battery was installed overshadowed that. It was quick and easy and good pricing and would recommend this service to anyone.”

“We called at 7 AM in the morning they answered the phone and had a tech out to replace a battery at our house within two hours great service highly recommend! Thank you so much for your prompt response :-)”

“Customer service was horrible. I had no contact for several hours and tried multiple methods to get in contact with them. Ultimately I had to go somewhere else for service, and I still ended up paying 1800battery for nothing.”

“Very slow website. I scheduled my order for that evening, 30 minutes after my scheduled time I hopped onto the site for support. I was then informed that they wouldn't be out that evening and would schedule it for first thing in the morning. At 11:30pm that night I got a notification that someone was coming to deliver the battery, that didn't happen (fortunately). When I got onto support the next morning to clear up what was going on I got it scheduled again for 3 hours later. When the delivery person showed up, they were great and professional. They got the job done very quickly.”

“Very good service, the reps Joe and Jake on the phone were great in making sure I was taken care of, and Doug who came was awesome, finished in a timely fashion, very personable and helpful. Great service all around, I am happy!!”
