“Unbelievably unprofessional. After 4.5 hrs waiting, i get a text from the tech that they can't fulfill the request to replace my battery. I could've uber to a parts store but i instead believed in this service, now thinking how I'm going to get to work in the morning.”

“The concept is excellent. The execution needs a little work. I expected it to be faster. I ordered at 9am. Service was done at 2:30. I called for updates, and wasn’t always giving accurate information. The technician was excellent.”
