Process was easy! Email confirmation with date/time and battery selected. Until I received an email stating my order had not been fulfilled. The battery was not shipped/delivered. And then later my appt. has not been dispatched. They said that you would get updates, tracking updates, etc. etc. Nope!! Just left me with ambiguous thoughts. No call, no text, and no email telling me what to expect or what not to expect. The day of I had to chat/box asking what’s going on. No number to call, only a chat box. Was it AI, or was I talking to a real person. They told me to expect the driver/technician, and they would bring a battery, because mine was never delivered. They never showed!! No call.. No text.. No email telling Bad experience

I had to cancel our order. Originally, we were scheduled for a 2-4pm window on Dec 31st. Then I got a message requesting a window change to 5-6pm, which I accepted. Then, no update until Jan 2 this morning, through an early morning text message saying that a driver will contact us once on route. I reached out on the 31st by phone - the ensuing message by text was they were closed, but nothing else. Finally this morning, I called again at 11 am after not receiving any update, waited 10' for a live agent who told me they could not find a driver for us yet. This is unacceptable to have an order accepted when one is not able to fulfill it as indicated in the order, nor able to follow-up with their customer.

I scheduled a $300 battery service after being given multiple options and selected the middle tier at about $350 after tax. After the appointment was set, the technician called and said the battery I “needed” would now be $450 and that I had to upgrade to keep the service. This was never disclosed upfront and felt like a bait-and-switch. If higher pricing is required, it should be clearly stated before scheduling.

The tech showed up 3 hours outside the 4 hour window, although I do not think this was his fault.I had to contact the copany for an update about my service. It was getting dark and my car was in the garage with limited lighting. but he did not bring in his light or go to the car 20 feet away to get it. He was not personable and was on his phone for 8 of the 10 minutes he was here. He did not tighten the brace that keeps the bettery from vibrating. I had to point that out to him. He appeared to tighten it. When I had my state inspection the next day I asked them to check on the battery because I did not trust that it was properly installed. The tech had to tighten the brace, so the tech either only appeared to tighten it or he did not complete the process. He was too focused on getting out and on his way home and to talking on the phone and not interacting with me. He did an extremely poor job and if I hadn't watched him and known what was needed and have his work checked my new battery would have died much sooner than needed due to vibration.

I called in the morning because I couldn't get the battery to jump start and asked for help changing it. Waited for 24 hours and never had a tech sent out. I ended up changing it myself and then drove to autoPne to aks then if I even did it properly. I had to call off from work because no one came.

i was offered multiple options online for when and how my battery could be replaced, but i was called two hours later and informed there is only one person working in my city and they would not be able to see me same day much less within the two hours i was quoted. dont put fake times online. i would have just gone with someone that could make sure my kid could to school and i coudl get to work. this was frustrating.

A friend and her elderly mother needed a battery in a different city so I attempted to use this service. Before checkout it said “within 24 hrs” but after spending $300 I was contacted and told no techs are available but there is a “possibility” that it could happen. Pretty lame business practice.

The mechanic wasn’t able to replace the battery because he said one of the cable connections was too corroded. I asked him if could change the connection clamp and he said no. So I was charged $100 and my vehicle is still stranded in the shopping center parking lot:

Unfortunately this has not been a pleasant experience and it will be my last purchase from your company. I ordered online, made an appointment, paid for the service and took time off from work to be there for a 12 to 2 appointment. When I didnt hear from anyone, I called you guys at 1:12 only to be told the order hasn't been dispatched yet and it seems like it won't be. It would have been great if I got a call or text from you guys saying that there is an issue I would have not wasted 3 hours of vacation time to sit here waiting for something that will not happen. Very disappointed and angry, my time was wasted.

First of all My technician Kyle Smithers was rude and unprofessional. Second , I am getting this message ‘ drive carefully systems initializing’ and the message is not clearing he might haven’t tightened the terminals and I am going to take it to the dealership to check my car out.

Ordered my battery and a technician to put battery in at 8am. It was to be delivered around 1030-11am. No communication on the part of the company letting me know delivery status. Called 800 number around 1215pm to inquire about technician and battery, was given an updated time of 100pm. I advised them that I had to pick my son up from school at 2pm. I had to call them back at 130pm to see where the technician and battery were to find out that they were not coming. Operator advised that they had to switch drivers. My only question to the operator was why didn't someone let me know so that I could make arrangements to pick my son up from school? No reply. I requested a refund for the $300. Operator tried to push back on my refund, I requested a receipt or email advising of the refund status, operator stated that he could not send me one. But he guaranteed that it was canceled and refunded. NEVER AGAIN!! Customer service and Communication SUCKS!!

1. It took a LONG time for 1800battery to assign a tech. 2. The assigned tech didn't show up during the promised 8am-10am window and didn't contact me until an hour later.

Unfortunately, your booking system offered me an appointment you couldn’t fulfill. What’s the point of accepting appointments from people only to keep them waiting for hours for confirmation - then telling them told you couldn’t find anyone to do the job? Not a good experience. 👎🏻

Buyers beware ,this company is a fraud ,I purchased 500$ battery with 4 years warranty and appointment was set between 12-2 ,their tech comes before 10 am with different cheaper battery with 3 years warranty. I Call company and tell them I need battery I purchased with 4 years warranty they said they have right to substitute and they will not going to refund any $ back. They never email and let me know, so I refuse this cheaper battery because of $ I paid them ,they said they going to charge $99 for service fee which im going to dispute with my company because no service has been done.Beware , check your battery make sure they don't substitute with cheap stuff Terrible company However tech was 5+ star

My first interaction with this company was positive. They responded quickly and replaced my battery without any issues. Several months later, they even honored the warranty and replaced the battery again after it failed. However, things went downhill from there. Just a week after the replacement, the new battery failed once more, and the company refused to come out or do anything about it. They offered no real solutions—only repeating that “it was policy.” I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they were out of the office but would call me back. That was four days ago. Since then, I’ve called multiple times and each time I’ve been told I’d receive a call back, but I never have. Finally, this morning, I was told I should have sent an email because that was the only way the issue could be addressed. At this point, I will be using another company going forward. With better communication, my car could have been fixed instead of sitting inoperable for six days.
