I was supposed to receive my battery on July 14, 2025, within two hours, but I never received it. I called and they rescheduled for my battery to be delivered on July 15, 2025, between 9 AM and 11 AM, but that did not happen either. I called again this morning at 10:30 AM since I did not hear from the driver. I was told that they only have one driver. I'm very, very disappointed and will never use your company again.

The online communication is very poor. I could not register or log in. Online chat is almost dead. The service is NOT ontime at all, making me waiting for a technician indefinitely.

Ordered a regular acid battery via the web. The merchant called and said the acid battery is not the correct battery for my car and did an upcharge for a gel battery, but when the tech came out, he brought with him the incorrect battery (acid battery). In addition, my car battery is located under the driver's seat. The tech took out my seat, installed the incorrect battery, and left without putting my seat in properly. The following day, I went across the street to Firestone and had them put in the correct battery, but because they are not a repair shop, they left the seat (wobbly) the way this merchant put it back in. The following day this merchant was to come get his battery but did not show up. He then showed up on Monday without the tools to fasten down my seat properly. I have been provided lie after lie. Charged ($50.29) for an upsale and ($401.24) from Autopartscom Inc. Both are for the same product. Both need to be refunded for incorrect product. Three weeks later, I am still fighting for a refund.

First time I ordered a battery to be installed at my home, the reservation was for that day. I thought that was great. Until they contacted me and told me it would have to be the next day. That didn't work into my schedule. I then ordered another battery to be installed the next day. The appointment was set and we were good to go. The day of the appointment, I got a call from them and they told me (this time, but not the last time) that the battery I ordered was not the right one for my car, and that I needed a specific battery. They said they would install the one I chose, but it would void my car warranty. Of course the newer battery was priced at $100 more. Funny how they never caught this the first time I ordered the battery and needed to cancel. Safe to say, I canceled the appointment and will not be ordering a battery from them again.

Placed an order on Sunday. Was told by customer service that a mechanic would pick up my car battery that day and replace it on Monday, which I was grateful for given that it was a holiday weekend. Received no other updates. Nobody contacted me or did the service on Monday. Now, I’m trying to get information from customer service on when a mechanic will actually arrive. I have already paid for the battery and service. Very disappointed at the lack of communication and honesty from this company.

My app't was for 8-10 on Friday. I had an important meeting at 12:00. Tech arrived at 12:15. That was inexcusable. Why set a time when it means nothing? It ruined my whole day, and I completely missed the important meeting. I will not use or recommend this service. Period.

Had to cancel my order as no one showed up at the scheduled time as confirmed when I made the order. Took a morning off work to wait for the delivery and installation, but no one showed up. Truly terrible customer service.

I was waiting to write this review to see if they'd make it right, but alas. On January 27, 2025, I used 1-800-Battery to come out to my house and replace the battery in my PriusC. I've never had battery issues with this car before and it's also my first Prius. I was surprised to find, when the technician removed a piece of my back seat, that the battery was located there and not in the hood as it is with most cars. He put that piece on our lawn and then replaced the battery and was able to get the car to start, but there still seemed to be issues with the electrical so he advised I take the car in and he put all the pieces back and left. So I towed it to Toyota and, in the diagnostic process, told me that the back seat and anchors were broken and needed replacing. An $850 repair. I contacted 1-800-Battery and made a claim for that piece only (the other repairs to the electrical I was happy to pay) since their technician broke it. Thus ensued 6 weeks of back and forth. The technician claimed I had removed the seat already when he arrived (how would I have done that - not only did I not know HOW to do that, but I didn't know the battery would be in the back seat) and then later he claimed that I had loosened the anchors myself, both lies. When I finally got a manager at 1-800-Battery to talk to me, Macy, she told me that they were working with the technician's liability insurance, who is a contractor, to reimburse me, but it would take a while. Fine, so I wait. I call back several times to check on my claim and am constantly told that Macy is in a meeting or on the other line. Today, I received an email stating their support of the technician's claim that I broke the seat myself and they won't be covering that cost. So I suppose I'll need to go to small claim's court with my witness. The battery work was fine, but if they can't support their customers when their own technicians break a car part, then I wouldn't trust them at all, especially when I know they must be insured and their contractors must be insured to operate in Oregon.

Shady company that trying to scam customers. Delivered battery was lower specifications than ordered originally. They didn’t call or notify that ordered battery was not available but ordered different battery. Customer service representative tried to claim that new battery is better quality, but it was clearly not.

Watch out for this business...my service was prompt and convenient but the battery failed after only 4 months and there warranty is awful. You cant have your car repaired, have to keep the battery in for the technician to check and they charge you another $125.

If I could give a zero I would. It took 4 days to replace. Appointments were missed and left my disabled patient stuck without transportatation. Once I got a person on the phone, he provided his best empathetic customer service so thare is that.

Installer was very friendly, but not very experienced, and ended up blowing out the instrument panel fuses in the process. He also had no knowledge of registering the battery, which is requred on BMWs. He called his supervisor and was told 'We don't do that'. Had to pay a local shop to get the car fixed and back up and running. Would not recommend.
